Jay was very personable, fast, very reasonably priced and would certainly hire him again. He fixed 2 continuously running toilets quickly, a broken refrigerator ice dispenser water line leak and several leaks in the plumbing under the kitchen sink. Returned a second time 2 days later to pick up cash payment since his app for accepting credit cards was not working and while there repaired another leak found under the kitchen sink. Allowed me to mail him a check for the payment for second visit as I was in town to babysit for grandkids and did not have checkbook or cash for second visit with me. Would highly recommend him. I had contacted another company first and they required extra steps in order to get a worker to come out. Jay was prompt, called when he was running behind and completed the work quickly and efficiently.

Jay called me right away -- the first of everyone I contacted. He showed up on time, and did the work effortlessly without disturbing me and my family. So far, the problem (a leaky skylight) has not returned -- so I am assuming that he fixed it perfectly.

Jay construction called me an hour after I left a message to call me they called back within the hour and came out later that day,WOW. I had five other handymen look at my door over and they couldn't fix it. Jay fixed it within an hour and the price was reasonable. I must say I was quite pleased and impressed. Jay's work was great in finishing up our basement project. He installed the cabinets and counter tops to my expectations at a reasonable price. We even had him install the carpet tile saving me a headache. I am currently making me new project list.
