They came out to evaluate the refrigerator and said they would order parts but then never came back or answered subsequent phone calls. They are nice guys but if they won't complete the job, they are of no use to me.

I loved the work tney did for me but now I have a problem with the repair and need them to come back out and no one will return my call or answer email.

These guys are great. They worked with my schedule to show up during a time when I could meet them. Fixed my refrigerator and my washer.

John and his assistant arrived at my house at the promised time. The project was to repair my icemaker on an LG refrigerator (not making ice). John determined that I needed a new icemaker. He ordered a new icemaker in which it was delivered at my home. John and his assistant came back on an agreed date to replace the icemaker, and they said I should have ice within 4-6 hrs. The new icemaker never made any ice. I called and left John a message on his phone 3 days later explaining that my icemaker problem was not solved. I got no return call or follow up.

Prompt, had a follow up question and answered quickly.

They never called to discuss what was going on with the drier.they text me the problem is fixed,when I get home same problem still exists. I called them back about the issue the same day he said he'd have to research the issue, a week went by never heard back from them. I ended up paying them 75 dollars to clean out the lint.

They completed a service that I paid $190.00 for and when I have attempted to contact due to having the same problem as before witn my refrigerator, I cannot contact anyone. I have attempted by phone and email

I was very pleased with the service. John & his assistant Rico even came on a Sunday, one day after I filed my request. They fixed the dryer hose and gave me info about my washer & dryer that I didn't know before. Both gentlemen were polite and friendly.

It was quite expensive and the website said they accept credit cards but they don't.

Fixed problem in professional manner

John & his assistant were a pleasure to deal with. They solved my problems with my oven. Explained what they did & keep a smile on there faces.

John and his nephew let me know where the were and when they would arrive. They went right to work diagnosing my dishwasher's issue. A part needed to be ordered. They returned a couple of days later with the part and resolved the issue. All in the middle of the holidays. They were professional at all times.

John and his assistant were top-notch—worked fast and smart, and were courteous to my family while doing it. Will definitely use them again.

I called about an installation and they scheduled that very day. Got stuck in traffic so they were late but all's good.

The two gentemen came to repair my garbage disposal, they were on time and very professional. I would highly recommend these gentlemen for installation and repair of home appliances

Showed up as scheduled. Assessed the situation and said he would place an order for the necessary parts, which was to arrive at my home within 2 days. They did not. I called him and was told he would follow up with the ordering company. It is now 1 week later and I have not heard anything from him, which means I will have to place a second follow-up call to him. I am disappointed with his service.

Showed up on time, got to work on the appliance immediately, gave me an honest assessment of the trade offs on the repair (which meant no additional money for them), and charged me exactly what they estimated which was substantially less than their competition. I will definitely do business with them in the future! I highly recommend them.

Mr. Valentine and his partner were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about the repairs needed for my 2 appliances. They priced the job ahead of time & my bill turned out to be LESS than originally estimated. They were great! They installed a dishwasher for us and went the extra mile. Very professional and extremely nice. I highly recommend and we will use them again when the need arises!
