Jay is very knowledgeable and responsive. He assisted with setting up my New PC after it crashed as well as installed security updates. He is also able to remote in and assist if you are not local. I highly recommend contacting him with your computer issues. He will have you back up and running in no time at all!

He came out on a sunday to address all my isssues and explain carefully what he did. He made notes for me so I understood what happened after he left. I highly recommend his services. Very personable

Jay is an excellent computer tech with PC or Apple products. He is extrememly knowledgeable for a variety of tech needs and even taught me a few things about my PC that I did not know. He updated my computer, cleaned up files, set up malware protections, and opened up space on my hard drive as well so my PC runs more efficiently. He also showed me that my PC is working well and I did not need to buy a new computer. Jay also is very responsive when contacted and gets back to you quickly if you have any questions. He is efficient and can work on your computer on site and remotely, so if you have a problem he can fix it wherever he is. Jay is friendly and very patient and explains what he is doing to improve your computer or fix the problem. I highly recommend Jay Shapiro for both PC and Mac!

Jay was extremely kind and understanding of getting an easy to use tv remote for my 80 year old father. Not only did he change two remotes into one easy remote, he also wrote down all the instructions for my father , as a backup, in case he had forgotten how to use the simplified remote. Jay was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. I would absolutely hire him again in a second.

Jay was very sweet and knowledgeable. When I was unhappy with a few things that were done, he spent time rectifying the situation without an attitude! I really appreciate the service I received and will definitely use him again!

I would highly recommend Jay for any of your computer needs. My computer froze and it turned out I needed a whole new desktop and Jay did outstanding job of cloning all my files and taking the time to go through each and every thing that needed to be done. He is very patient and is an excellent teacher and is happy to show you whatever you need to learn how to be more proficient with all the systems. He is also easy to get in touch with and available for questions. I would rate Jay as an A++!

Jay was wonderful! He was quick to reply and demonstrated true competency. His demeanor, friendliness, and self-confidence were very reassuring to us because the situation was very stressful. He was willing to come to our house to perform the services today and/or offered the option of doing it remotely last night. We opted for remotely and he spent four hours cleaning up our computers. His fee was reasonable. We were able to sleep well last night knowing our vital information was safe because of his intervention. We would use his services again in a heartbeat! Excellent thorough work. Identified problems and eradicated them. Installed upgrades needed. Removed obsolete items. Strengthened the computer speed. Kept me informed of what he completed and what still needed to be done. Thoroughly cleaned up my computer that really needed it; besides rectifying the main problem that I was hacked in and had my personal information compromised. Honestly, can’t say enough. All of this and he was reasonably priced.Happy that I found him. and will always use him. Highly recommend.

Jay is awesome. He has done some work for my father and he's done quite a bit of work for me and my wife. He's quick very technically savvy and gets the job done. I plan to continue using Jay for all of my Wi-Fi network and computer needs.

Jay was professional and prompt..Inexpesive

I am writing this review based on the experience my sister had with him. She was locked out of her outlook email and hired Jay to fix that problem. He worked on the computer and was not able to fix her problem. He charged $285 for the problem not fixed. She wanted her payment back and he said he would refund $100. To me this is not a reputable person who took advantage of a women in her 80”s. Beware of hiring him and make sure the problem you hired him for is fixed before you pay him.

Jay exceeded expectations. He setup my TV accessories (Sennheiser TV hesdphones, Roku streaming device, and various other TV settings. Also good to know about his expertise on computers, TVs, and audio equipment. 5 stars to Jay!
