Jay was professional and prompt..Inexpesive

I am writing this review based on the experience my sister had with him. She was locked out of her outlook email and hired Jay to fix that problem. He worked on the computer and was not able to fix her problem. He charged $285 for the problem not fixed. She wanted her payment back and he said he would refund $100. To me this is not a reputable person who took advantage of a women in her 80”s. Beware of hiring him and make sure the problem you hired him for is fixed before you pay him.

Jay is excellent at teaching to fixing issues. He’s on time and patient. Definitely a thumbs up to all ages he services

Jay exceeded expectations. He setup my TV accessories (Sennheiser TV hesdphones, Roku streaming device, and various other TV settings. Also good to know about his expertise on computers, TVs, and audio equipment. 5 stars to Jay!

Jay came on a sunday to resolve my printer issue. My son had spent hours to try to resolve it however Mr Shapiro was able to resolve it quite quickly. He knows his stuff and explains what he has done and what I need to do going forward to protect my computer. 5 stars and will be calling him again

Jay works from New York, but he can link to a computer anywhere. He is ENDLESSLY patient. Also very kind. He absolutely knows what he's doing, and as far as I can tell, my computer is feeling well again. It was seriously messed up. He took a while, but he works hard, and I'm glad I got him.

Jay did a great job of taking a computer that was running very slowly cleaning it up and getting it back to where it had to be in terms of speed. He was fast and efficient and charged the reasonable amount of money. I would definitely recommend him.
