Jaydor Appliance Service

We were very pleased that Jaydor came the day our request was received for repair service. The part was ordered and a few days later installed. The service person (Ed) was professional and kept us informed as what was needed. Ed repaired our Maytag French Door refrigerator. His expertise kept the cost of repair down which is very important with our tough economy and also being on a fixed income.

The repairman determined that I needed a new pump. The scheduled time to install was 9 AM - 12 noon. At noon, I had to call the office to see where he was. I was then told he was delayed at another customer, and would be finished in about a half hour, and coming to me. At 2 PM, I still hadn't heard anything. He didn't arrive until about 2:40. When I called the office to complain, I was brushed off and not given the opportunity to speak to an owner. In the end, the problem was actually a piece of cardboard that clogged the flow of water out, not a bad pump. The repairman was polite and professional, but still not a good experience.

The repairman responded quickly and timely and was honest about the issue and whether it was cost effective to repair the appliance.

I thought I did this review last week...Repairman came and said there was nothing wrong with my washing machine. Suggested I have my plumber install a larger valve for machine to drain through. Called my plumber and he said he would do it, but it wasn't necessary b/c it is the standard size and the same one we have had for 30+ years (and it has worked with this machine for 4 years). Draining problem happened 2 more times (intermittent) but I put machine on "spin only" and it drained. Not sure who is right on this issue and hope it doesn't happen again.

Responsive, showed up at time promised. Checked out unit(Washer) for suspected leaking problem. Took it apart and thoroughly checked it. No leak found. Just charged 39.99, was lower than other firms quoted. Protected by 90 day warranty if we see any new leaks. So far no leaks after 3 weeks.

Tech new his stuff. Answered all my questions. Told me all the things it could be. Fix the problem quickly and the price was all worth it. would def recommend to others.
