Jay was amazing to work with. We never actually met. Everything was done over the phone between the east coast and west coast. Not only did Jay follow up very quickly, but he executed a multi-skilled repair and installation job excellently. He built a cabinet space for a smaller fridge in a 48 inch opening. The final result looked amazing. He also took care of some tile work and some carpentry decor wood work. He did quite a few general tasks in ONE day. The tenants called me to let me know that he was an unbelievably cool and nice person. I was surprised because most tenants are not as concerned about the personality of contractors or repair folks. These tenants made a point to mention how amazing they felt he was. Anyway, you will not go wrong with JAY.

Jonathan was super helpful, even did a couple other unrelated tasks for me I needed help with. He also saved me money on installation of a window A/C unit by offering his own plywood to replace some broken slats. I would highly recommend!
