Jay's Home Improvements

Larry M. They we're courteous, and good people, they we're very good, they did a fine job! I am happy with them!

Jay made an appointment time and showed up as promised. He looked at our situation and gave us a quote before the work was approved.

Very good customer service Quick repairs to roof.

Did a good job

this man knows his repairs and replacement

Overall the shingles were laid beautifully, and the roof looks great. Had a few hiccups at the end, but Jay ensured the issues were taken care of.

Did a good job was quick efficient left no mess.

prompt, reliable, and got the job done fast.

Did a good job.

This was our second time hiring Jay's Home Improvements. We were very satisfied with his previous work and called him again. He always completes the work in a timely manner and keeps you updated during the process.

REACHED OUT TO ME, CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, CHECKED OUT THE SITUATION, GAVE QUOTE AND WAS BACK THE NEXT DAY AND COMPLETED THE JOB AND CLEANED UP TOO. EVEN PUT UP A COUPLE OF PIECES OF SIDING THAT HAD COME OFF IN A PREVIOUS WIND STORM. VERY HELPFUL. THANK YOU.

Repaired a broken shingle and a broken boot on vent pipe. Jay was on time and did the work he described. My wife just had brain surgery and he did not hesitate to complete the job with me not being able to be there.

Thanks for coming such short notice!!

Jay was professional. Kept me in the loop of what he was doing. He even spotted a couple of places on our home in W-S that my family and I weren't aware of. He purchased additional materials and made the repairs all without increasing his initial estimate.

They were very professional and did the work quickly.

It hasn't rained yet so I can't say anything about his quality of work yet, but because he always returned phone calls when he said he would and showed up when he said he would, I'm confident that if the roof continues to leak he will stand behind his work. Integrity goes a long way in my book.

.

Very professional. Jay always kept me informed of what he was going to do and when. When we had a delay due to weather, he was quick to inform me of when he'd return and was true to his word. Work was neat, cleaned up after himself. I have already recommended him to friends.

Super fast response and work, quality work. Did the work, left, came back a few hours later and explained he didn't feel good about what they did and re-did the work in a way that made them more comfortable. Pretty sure these days most wouldn't do that, really appreciated that. Will hire again for sure

Jack's team did an excellent job on the roof. Water damage was around the chimney, going through to the hardwood. Jack made several phone calls to find shingles to match the type and color of shingles in place for several years. All repairs were completed during one morning and at a reasonable price. Jack used photos to show me the damage and the repair work. All damaged materials were removed from the property.

good job
