I asked many times if he could clean security screens and he said yes. I have 1 that is done the others look bad. If you you can not do it say do. He was early for his appointment, I think he was frustrated he had to drive 1 1/2 hrs here from another appointment (not my problem/fault). I do not think 1 window was touched, but also found out there was problem with window slide

I cleaned all the screens and the glass, including the screen door, as part of the quoted price. We spoke while I was cleaning inside, so I was surprised by the claim nothing was touched. I?m unsure which sliding window you meant?everything worked when I left nearly three weeks before this review. Wishing you the best."
