Beware of JC Improvements. We were told a month ago the job would be completed in 2 weeks. Here it is 5 weeks and had to let him go. Very bad customer service - doesnâ t listen to customer, shoddy work - was doing tub to shower conversion - tiles are not joined together nor smooth, plumbing is non working, drain against wall, not wkg, no knobs, half showed up, to work, would get angry and pull helper from job for days at a time, mostly worked 1/2 days, weekly asking for $$ DONâ T use this company. JC has gift of gab, doesnâ t know how to install bathroom plumbing, sloppy door replacements, off center, did not complete adding door moulding, left open walls - did not Sheetrock â ¦ did not cleanup, placed trash on side and front of house, DONâ T hire !!

They are terrible at updating and follow up. Deck painting project was going on since March, never reschedule, yet there was so many excuses to post pone. Never recommend this place.

He did not have a tall enough ladder to complete the job on the day he came and was to come back the next day but got held up on another job. He then said he would come the next day at the end of the day but was unable to come that was Wednesday, Thursday he was going to come but it has been raining and stormy. The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars is because the job has not been finished yet. I do recommend him though because he did a great job and the part that he still needs to do is not that large an area and it is very high up.
