JD Myers Plumbing LLC

I hired JD Myers as my plumber for my new build home. Not only did he not stick with his pricing, but he charged me twice that amount. On top of that, and worse, he clearly doesnt know code for installing water lines. I could not get approval for the water line install because it was not in the right spot. I gave him 3 weeks to fix, and got nothing but excuses. Lastly, all the plumbing installed in the basement was wrong. I have a 2 inch pipe for a toilet and a 4 inch pipe for a sink. Then I have a 4 inch pipe just there, no idea what it is for. Sadly, when installing the plumbing they didnt even put it low enough so my concrete contractor had to raise the level of the concrete in areas because JD Myers didnt do the job right. Nothing but headaches. I would completely stay clear of this company as they clearly dont know what they are doing when it comes to new build homes. Worst, my excavator had to explain to him how to install the main sewer line. It was my excavator that put me on to the water meter being wrong so I called the water company. Then I called 3 other plumbers and all of them highly recommended me staying away from JD Myers because there work was far from professional. If I dont get my refund in a few days I will be seeing these guys in court. Dont waste your time with them!

Professional, Honest and Fairly priced. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience. He showed up when he said he would, his employees were personable and professional, completed the work in 4 1/2 hours when his competitors said it would be a 1 1/2-2 day job. And his price was honest and fair and blew his competitors out of the water. He has a customer for life with us.

Mr Myers was candid, professional and did a great job. I would most definitely hire again.
