Exterior Surfaces - Powerwashing
Contractor was 2 hours late to provide an estimate. He DID provide a written estimate but balked at providing insurance information and wanted $50 for an estimate (to be deducted from job price). We agreed on a time to start the next day. Day of job received notice 1-1/2 hrs past *start time* that he would be 2-1/2 hours late. After 3 hours and no show, no further contact I sent a text to not bother to show. I would find another contractor. So I will lose my $50. Disappointing. But would rather give the project to someone with a little more respect for my time and appreciation for the work.
