AC went out on Sunday, Fathers Day. Called Marcel/Carlos Monday morning, and they said they were busy and could get to us on Wednesday. I explained that our 32 year old son was very sick and asked if they could come sooner. They stopped by after their last job on Monday. They ended up replacing a pump and some hoses. After completing the job I asked for the bill. I had money ready to pay, but they said they did this for our son and wouldn't take a dime. They went way above and beyond on this one. I'd give them a ten if I could. There are some very good people in this world. Rare. We will always recommend them for any HVAC work. Great people.

In 2013, another HVAC company recommended Marcel Llorens after passing on the job of repairing our ancient AC system. Marcel and crew managed to McGyver it all together on our very tight budget. Since then, he has re-ducted our house, installed brand new split level air and heating systems, and services the whole thing yearly. Marcel and his right-hand man Carlos are awesome. We can't recommend them highly enough.

They repaired our AC condenser in a quick and logical way. Other companies (not associated with HA) tried to sell us a new system!

I was very pleased with the service. We started off with a slight miscommunication about the time of the appointment but once he got here, Marcel was very thorough in both the options I had and what he would be doing and I never felt pressured to do more than I wanted to do with the job. And, even when there was a slight mishap with the project, he made sure everything was corrected and verified that all was to my satisfaction. He is now MY AC/heating guy! I highly recommend him.

They explained in great detail the issue and what they gonna do. Really very nice and friendly and their pricing very reasonable. I had a HVAC replaced. Whatever work they promised, they did it. Very professional in their work. Project was top-notch!

He carefully explained what he discovered and walked me through the details so I understood the work to be done. It was clear to me he was interested in doing nothing short of a thorough and quality job. After the job was complete, there were no surprises. I'm not into writing reviews. However, I would have say that my experience with this company was excellent. The pricing and the quality of the job was very satisfying. Look forward using this company again.

Marcel did an outstanding job of explaining what was wrong with our fan motor and showed us the parts that were not normally in the model air conditioner we have but were there because the previous service installed a comparable fan motor that needed the extra parts. I would not hesitate to recommend Jean Marcel Llorens to any of our friends or neighbors. Thank you Marcel.
