Bill Pongnon

I had Bill come out and look at my deck which was around 25 years old. Parts of the deck were rotten to the point that I had almost fallen through a rotten area. Bill took his time and described what he would do, giving me a choice of composit decking or pressure treated material. I had his detailed estimate the same day and we agreed that he would do the work He and his crew arrived at the agreed upon time and had the deck stripped down just after noon. They cleaned up all the boards that they removed and showed me any changed that they would recommend. They started the rebuild that afternoon. The work was finished in the two day period that we had agreed upon. All the building materials and debris were removed and there was no damage to my house or surrounding landscape. I would not hesitate to recomend Bill and his "Building For More" company

Building more is literally Amazing I needed someone last minute and they came same day and literally saved the day. They are very professional, fast workers, very friendly and make sure that once they leave you are satisfied and won’t have to lift a finger. I recommend them you won’t regret it !!

Great communication from start to finish. Supported a proper initial review of the requested work. Quote was consistent and market competitive and ultimately, the work was done to expectation in a timely fashion. Great to work with and would hire again.

I hired this company and they did an exceptional job first they were on time not to mention the prices were reasonable compared to other companies in Atlanta and they are Black Owned. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Bill for your work and your help :) 10 stars!!!

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Bill Pongnon is a thief. Bill Pongnon did work on my home, more specifically the brick stairs at the front entrance of my home. I sent him pictures of the disaster and Bill Pongmon assured me on a phone call and via a saved text messages. I also sent Bill pictures of the disasterious work done. I even emailed him a copy of the signed agreement which stated his warranty. Bill Pongnon ignored all of my communication. He is a thief and should not be allowed to do business in the state of Georgia. I have all of my supporting documentation to support this claim. DO NOT USE BILL PONGNON TO CARRY YOUR TRASH BIN TO THE CURB!!! He is morally bankrupt. Bill Pongnon was paid every dime owed to him and Bill Pongnon did NOT honor the contract he and I both signed. Bill Pongnon is the typical. He solicits business and then does a horrible job. Again, Bill Pongnon assured me that he would return a few days later to correct the issue seen in the pictures that I have included in this review and he ignored me. Bill Pongnon is not worthy of your hard earned time and hard earned money. There are other choices out there and use one of them, but stay away from this guy, You will regret it.

Bill Pongnon arrived when he said he would. The job was completed in a very professional workmanlike manner. He took the time to quote us for additional work we thought about while he was there. We are very satisfied and will be using him again.

The project was completed as discussed. We are very happy with the job.
