Outstanding work done in a very professional manner. Attention to detail was great and they were very prompt and courteous.

Overall the plumbing leak was repaired satisfactorly and there have been no further problems. The guy that came out had some problems getting all the water to drain friom the pipes so he could soldier it pipe - I had to recommend opening all the faucets in the house to solve the problem. So it took a lot longer than expected. He was very nice and personable so i would still recommend them to others.

They were great from start to finish! Professional and efficient! Terry was wonderful with the estimate and Kory , the contractor who did the installation, was great. I think Kory actually left my kitchen cleaner than it was when he got there for the installation! Great company!

When I spoke with Jeff at Jed Mechanical, he was able to troubleshoot my problem over the phone (corrosion of the cold water pipe going into the hot water heater). The plumber Roger (who actually came out to our house a week later) was also very knowledgable and was incredibly quick and efficient. He took the time to replace the pipe, check our water pressure and flush the hot water heater to make sure that sediment hadn't built up inside, as the home had been foreclosed and the system had been ignored for some time. I would absolutely work with Jed Mechanical again, and would recommend them to friends if they are in need of plumbing work.
