Jeff is terrific! Even though he had a full day scheduled, he came anyway and solved the problem at my house. He also had helpful information and knows what heâ  s doing. Iâ  d definitely hire him again and have already referred him to my brother.

The lines in our house backed up and were flooding our house on a Sunday of all days. The county came out that day and confirmed the issue was house related. After setting up an account on Home Advisor, we received a few calls right away. I was shocked that anyone would be willing to come out the same day, on a Sunday no less, after 5pm. The price point was affordable in my opinion and worth it since we had work the next day and a toddler. Jeff Benson was GREAT! He was friendly and full of information. We did have another back up issue a day or so later, and Jeff came out for FREE after working a full day in the Bay Area and tried something else out that officially cleared the problem for good. I would highly recommend Jeff for any plumbing needs. As a new home owner and someone who works with construction, I was wary about being taken advantage of, but he put all my worries at ease. I have saved his information in my contact in case I need ANY plumbing done in the future. Thank you Jeff for your time and for being a great human being. Sincerely, Veronica M.
