We was talking about Donald Trump, Jeff was very defensive, of Donald Trump, So he gives me a very low score. Because I did not agree with him about Donald Trump, I called him NS him about my appraisal. He Mentioned our conversation about Donald Trump!!!

Awesome professional

Jeff was on time and very easy to work with. Appraisal took approximately 45 min. He took numerous photoâ s of the home and measured where necessary.When done he stated that the appraisal would be finished in 5-7 days which it was. The appraisal was thorough and professionally prepared. It listed six comparable sales in the area with similar structural issues and square footage to support his appraisal value. I would not hesitate to use Caruso Appraisal Service again.

He came to the house, had a heated political conversation with my brother, and I never heard back from him, nor did I receive an appraisal.

I was able to schedule my appraisal fairly quickly which I appreciated, but after the visit, he NEVER followed up. I had to call and text multiple times just to get a short text message back stating his **estimated value** of my home. After multiple phone calls and texts, I STILL have yet to receive an official appraisal document (or a receipt for the cash payment I made at the time of the appointment). I received no explanation or documentation to support the value I was texted. He has been completely unprofessional and disorganized, and his service has overall felt like a scam.
