Jeff Kilpatrick Enterprises

Jeff responded very quickly to my request for a quote. He arrived on time and was easy to work with. The price was very reasonable and the work was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Jeff Kilpatrick for any work you need done.

Jeff went above and beyond on our flagstone project.Very happy with the resutes. He stated what he was going to do on the project, made a reasonable quote, and started & finished the project on time and on budget.

Jeff did an excellent job. We discussed the project and he listened to what I wanted and needed. He had his own ideas and was easy to work with. He started and finished very timely. He came through with everything he said he would do, and he definitely met my expectations. I highly recommend him for your landscaping needs.

Jeff called promptly, came out to assess the situation, then took time to think about requirements and solution. He followed up the next day with his plan and bid. We had a structural issue with two supporting columns for our balcony over the back patio, so it required some engineering creativity. He started work within the next few days, giving us a better solution than initial construction done by the builder. Jeff is also trained in masonry and professionally replaced stones he had to remove for access to supporting infrastructure. Excellent work! We were/are very pleased and would recommend Jeff to any homeowner!

He got in over his head and completed very little of what I hired him to do. He left me with a job over 80 percent not complete.

Very fast response, great scheduling, and outstanding quality.

Jeff is a professional, courteous, and kept me up to date on the project. The only criticism I have is that the cleanup was a little loose. I found nails I the grass, all be it hard to find. I recommend Jeff Kilpatrick for any deck and pergola projects you may have. In fact I have more of my own projects!

Incredible! Could not have asked for more. Very happy with all aspects of this project.

Jeff called as soon as he received the notification from Home Advisor, he showed up on time when he said he would to offer a free estimate, his estimate for the job I thought was more than fair. Jeff scheduled the job on his first available opening, he started and completed the work when he said he would, and the work he did was outstanding. Jeff does great work, he s reasonable, fair, and honest. I would hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone searching for services that he provides.

Easy to work with and built a deck that we are 100% happy with.

Knows his stuff Easy to work with Does what he says Changes when needed Not the low bid but the best bid Highly recommend

Hire Jeff with confidence! He is extremely honest and hard working! He completed our deck ahead of schedule and the ending result far exceeded our expectation!

Excellent guys. Quick to respond and come out for an estimate. Very knowledgeable, superb work, and extremely nice. Would definitely use again.

Great workmanship - Great Communication - always on time - would hire him again in a second!! Highest quality standards !!

I really enjoyed working with Jeff on this project. He is easy going, has a great attitude and built the deck in a timely manner...all by himself! There were several times when I asked for changes and/or made spur of the moment requests and Jeff always responded no problem. He takes pride in his work, his bid was competitive and he cleaned up the job site. He s already got me on his schedule for another project. Thanks Jeff!!

He was reliable, prompt, explained all aspects of his work, great personality and faithful worker.

Jeff does professional quality work and makes sure you're satisfied with the workmanship. He listens to your suggestions and offers several options for your project. I have already shared his business information with friends and clients. My fence and gate are beautiful!

Great work and done in a timely manner.

Jeff is professional, experienced and keeps you informed from start to finish. I will refer him to my friends and family.

Jeff was quick to respond to our contractor request and arranged a time that week to look at the job and get us a quote. He was easy to communicate with through the whole process. Jeff does the work himself, so you are always dealing directly with him. His prices are competitive and his work is outstanding! We had a peculiar little project and Jeff helped get the design right and made the whole thing look like it had always been there. We would highly recommend Jeff Kilpatrick.

Does a good job.

Such a pleasant gentleman. Didn't waste time. Arrived when he said he would. The finished work looks great. If I need something else done in the future I will definitely call him and I recommended him to one of my friends who needs some deck repair. He pointed out something that the original builder had not done (20 years ago) that should have been done and remedied that.

Jeff is very professional. He arrives early and consistently working. Doesn't even take a break. Jeff will explain all phases mans aspects of the project to the customer. Highly reccommended

I used Jeff twice. First to build block wll on top of footings I had provided for a future deck. Second to do stone veneer on walls I added to the now completed deck. The work for both projects has been outstanding. I consider his rate very reasonable, but still would have liked a lower price, because i'm a miser

Good value
