Very through. Report was detailed and had lots of pictures to show problem areas.

I was impressed with the sense of trust and reliability that I perceived as I asked questions over the phone. By the end of our conversation I knew he would do a through inspection and was confident he was working for me, the buyer. He comes across as an honest person who knew the rules of inspections and would abide by them. We were very pleased and impressed by the things he found and the extended time he took reviewing his work with my son, beyond what we were expecting. We will not buy that house. We are still looking and hope he will be available to inspect the next one. Linda Bryant

Jeff Miller got to the inspection early and was done by the time we got to the house. He spent well over and hour explaining and showing us what every mark in the inspection report meant.
