• I called Jeff call in the afternoon and his electrician (John) was out the next morning. Jeff and John were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He/they suggested a couple things that needed repair or to be changed. Good attention to detail and they explained things clearly. They were both approachable about my needs and I learned allot. • Due to some unexpected delays by whoever installed the wiring previously, the project took longer than expected and the cost was higher. However, I felt that it was professionally done when finished and I was satisfied. • John cleaned up after himself and I was pleased that he was mindful of putting scraps of wire and plastic in my recycling bin. • I am new to Michigan and I did not know I could trust to do the job. They will be the first people that I call to do my next Electrical project in the Spring 2018.

When we had a kitchen GFI outlet fail recently, we called Jeff because he had done well in providing us with $2000.00 worth of electrical work in our kitchen and bath 18 months earlier. We were pleased when he sent John out the next day. The job was a simple one, took no more than ten minutes, and we're pleased with the result. The charge, however, was $260, which for a retired couple on Social Security was a blow. This is an hourly rate of over $1500.00! I learned two lessons: even with the small jobs, get an estimate in advance. And don't call Jeff Oswalt again.

I had a circuit short out. Jeff arrived as scheduled. Was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The work was done in a timely manner. Pointed out a couple thins that needed repair also and were fixed. I would very much recommend Jeff to others.

John was very friendly and approachable. Talked to me the whole time he was on site. Learned a lot. He evaluated some things and would be heard to say "don't like that" and he'd redo or make it so he'd "like that". John cleaned up after himself. John was great with our dog. The wiring worked well. Professionally done and finished.

Jeff came my rescue ! I was selling a home and needed the electric work done to a hot water heater when another electrician didn't show . Customer service was excellent ! He knew exactly what the problem was, remedied it in a timely manner and charged a fair price . I highly recommend !

Jeff and John work clean and quickly. Good attention to detail and they explained things clearly. Best of all if the change would affect how things looked they talked it over with my wife. I have never used this company before but now we will call them first.

Jeff called in the afternoon and was out the next morning. He actually showed up early! We had a troublesome short in one of the outbuildings on the farm. After a lot of troubleshooting he and John were able to isolate the problem and fix it. Jeff Oswalt and John were both easy to work with, explained what they were doing and got the job done quickly on a very hot and muggy day. Very professional!

They were very helpful with the problem on my kitchen light. I need to have them back to install a new light because it was my choice.

These electricians are very down to earth but proffessional. The cleanup was done quickly. The installation was done in their allotted time frame. We could not have asked for better overall service.

great work awesome job, Just way over priced for the 15 min job. $275.00 to change a light switch is a ton for me. Maybe good for others. I thought bill would be 150 to 175 but 275 for a light switch really??? I won't do that again. The electrician was awesome though.
