All was as expected

Very pleased with the quote and work performed, the wiring and installation turn out to be more difficult than exprxted due to configuaration of the walls in our house, however Jeff did not charge more for this, I even offered him more for the adde work but he refused to take advantage of my offer. I plan to have Jeff back for some much needed upgrade work on my computer.

I hired Jeff becuase he broke down the quote, cost of the antenna, install, cable & fittings. Jeff saved us over $60.00 from other quotes, the other quote were just a flat fee. Jeff is very knowledgable. He stayed after to make sure everything was working correctly.

He was busy with projects the day I called, but returned tne call immediately, scheduled a time of mutual convenience, and followed through with complete and thorough service and repair at a fair price. I would hire Jeff without hesitation for anything from home networks to business systems to server set-ups and service. As a matter of fact, I'm calling him now to help partition a hard-drive and solve some additional system problems. Top marks!
