They were very reasonable and prompt took care of my issues and was very friendly and professional.

The install portion of this job was very good. My rating of good came from the collective experience related to the estimation portion of the job. I asked for a specific size and rated water heater and they tried to sell me a much larger size tank or even 2 water heaters; which were at a much higher price. They then offered me a tankless unit for a very good price, installed. I accepted this offer, but the installer then had to call the owner to get my specific questions answered
