Commercial Landscape Design Service
I gave him $4000 and he never did any of the work. I ordered $2000 worth of material at his request. He was supposed to start a week or so after I paid him. I?ve known this contractor for almost 10 years. He never showed up, he never responded to my calls never responded to my texts, and when I last saw him and pulled over to talk to him. He got in his truck and raced away as quick as he could. I know that he saw me. He?s a thief and a fraud
