Ray was awesome. We returned home after 5 days away to find no heat and the house at 60 degrees. Ray Clarkson was on site in 20 minutes. Very knowledgable & professional. Replaced fan motor in leas than 20 mins however, he said he did not â  likeâ  the sound of the new motor. He knew we were leaving again next week. He went to the shop and retrieved a another motor and promptly installed. Ray is vey attentive & diligent in his work.

These guys are great! Nothing not to like. They found a technical problem with my unit (caused by the improper installation by a prior vendor). They took their time. They analyzed the problem. They made recommendations. They fixed what they could, but more importantly, told me what I could not and should not try and fix because it just would not work. And their prices are VERY competitive. There are people who are cheaper (one guy in a truck), but they do not offer the quality of service, follow up and professionalism that these guys do. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for both on going maintenance, repairs and eventually replacement.

Kept their appt times and did the job that hired to do ..when it didn't go right he kept at it till fixed..great job by Josh.

The technician was arrived at the specified time and was very courteous. He promptly started working on replacing our old water heater with a new one. When he was finished he handed me the instruction booklet and went over the operation of this new digital water heater. He replaced the expansion tank and added a new ball valve on the hot water side for emergent or future work. He was very professional. Since we have put this new water heater in it does not take long to get hot water to the opposite end of the house. Job well done.

Unfortunately, I could not do the complete project as they could only replace the toilet. They do not replace subfloors and tiles. The first company you referred me to would do the whole job but wanted to be paid in advance by "google pay" and been in existence two weeks NO THANKS!

Technician was on time, very professional and friendly. We just wanted to make sure our older HVAC was clean & functioning properly, and he didn't find any "unnecessary" repairs to charge us for. Highly recommend!

I live out of state and have to manage my elderly mother's house repairs from a distance. The customer contact folks at Jeffries were very friendly and quickly responded to be need of an annual check of Mom's furnace and AC. The technicians were polite to my mother and followed my instructions as to dealing directly with me for any needed repairs. It is a challenge getting qualified technicians in this area. It is a GREAT comfort knowing I can trust Jeffries. I will be using them again.

They were friendly but they had to come back twice cause the wires were wrong.

Well mannered workers. We was impressed with their putting something Over their shoes to keep from carrying mud inside. They worked diligently to repair & fix our problem & came to help as soon and every time we called

The technicians are knowledgeable and tried to save us the cost of a draining our boiler system to replace a paddle in our very squeaky boiler. Ultimately the attempt failed and the paddle had to be replaced, but they held to their original quote for replacement, even though they spent additional time (two extra service calls) . They are honest, informative, friendly and helpful. They show up when they say they will. I highly recommend!

The crew was very knowledgeable and informative. They kept me posted during the installation process and let me know when problems were encountered and alterations to the install plan had to be made. They went above and beyond the call.

They called me by 8:00a.m. Came out to fix my A C by 2pm the same day! They charge by the job not by the hour like most ac repair places. Very nice people. I recommend

When I called, an actual person answered. He was very knowledgeable and tried to help us to save a service call. We got a service man to come out immediately. Brad (service person)was professional, and listened to what happened with AC. He cheerfully checked everything even though the issue was apparent to him. Very easy to deal with him and very knowledgeable. Price was very reasonable considering the travel time. From what I see, this company is well run with very caring people. Will not hesitate to call them again.ð
