Bob Jeffries is a hands on businessman, he was prompt to respond to my request for service, he and his team were on time for our appointment and they were very thorough in their inspection.

Jon and son Blake Jeffries did an awesome job for our pre-sale home inspection. They were fast, thorough, and efficient. Even though everything outside was covered under a thick blanket of snow, they did their best to inspect everything anyway. After the inspection, Jon did a great job going over the report and pointing out areas of concern. Very friendly people, and we will definitely be calling them again when we are searching for our next home. Thanks guys!

Bob was extremely helpful in fitting me in before a tight deadline and was able to do all the testing without the presence of myself or the realtor for a fair price.

Overall service was decent, but communication was poor. The tech came out to perform services before a quote was given. Then when asked how much for the services, we were told 95$, but then after the tech texted his boss it changed to 125$. For that price, I expected a more in depth test than 48 hours in one location in the basement. The results were also promised for the afternoon the device was retrieved, but wasn't supplied until the next day. The format though for the results was easy to understand and informative, which was the point of the test. We were satisfied with the end result, just some hiccups to get there.

I have used Bob Jefferies for over 15 years, I highly recommend him to all my clients and use him for all my own properties..

Had an inspection this morning. Prices are reasonable. They were very thorough and done in a timely fashion. At the end of the inspection they went over the most critical things to be fixed and shortly after they left I had a 66 page report in my email. Very pleased.
