Jeff was very friendly and professional. He called to confirm the appointment a few days before and called the morning of to let me know when he would arrive. Our carpet had a lot of stains from cat vomit to mud and a lot were set in - 2 years old- and all came out completely. The carpet looks brand new. He sis 3 and a half rooms plus stairs in an hour and a half- quick and efficient. Great job. Highly recommend.
