Professional??? Have you ever heard of a contractor going to a customers spouse for a counter review and posting it? Jeff Stamp Services did. This is the review I posted: Remodeling Contractor personable. Crew pleasant and friendly but messy trash, cigarette butts and nails left throughout property. Excess flooring left in rain and unable to be returned to store. Permanent Damage to newly installed floor (nine foot permanent gouge in living room and gouge in kitchen.) Permanent water damage to newly installed custom cabinets in kitchen. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTING SERVICE! For the simple fact that I have took look at permanent damage to newly installed flooring and cabinets incurred by the contracting crew for the next 15 years while I pay off my home equity loan. Brett K W. Jeff Stamp Services was aware of the sink leaking and the grossly inadequate flooring support in June but did not send anyone to fix the problems until months later. By the time repairs were made The cabinets were already water damaged and the inadequate dangerous floor support resulted in my floor sagging, in the new wheelchair accessible bathroom. The sag was so severe to the floor separated from the walls. I have not received cost of materials or labor paperwork (I have ask many times) and when I ask him if he had general contractors insurance he became irate and even confrontational. After 7 months of irrational behavior coming to a point on New Years Eve and New Years Day with his incessant text messages. Telling me he didnt give a damn he and his crew were coming over to fix the floor. This was Saturday morning New Years weekend. I told Jeff stamps I would find someone else to fix the floor because I didnt want him in my home anymore. His response was, your not gonna call me back when your not drunk, are you? I have never had a relationship with Jeff Stamps other then dropping off our picking up my daughter. I have never had a beer, never hung out and never have had a relationship with this man. I feel there is no line Jeff will not cross, no lies or action he will not take. Playing spouses against each other is not only wrong it is an unethical. I have lost grants and benefits due to him not providing me any paperwork requested and needed. My Jeff Stamp Services guarantee came with 7 months of stress and conflict and the only guarantee On the floor is to take him to court for him to replace what Jeff Stamps Services damaged. Dont trust a shady tree contractor on something as expensive and personal as a home remodel.

Jeff and his team were great to work with, showing up without fail every day. The finished product, a screened porch built on our patio, is beautiful and well-built.
