Obi installed and set up my new TV --- this is the second time I used this service, and I would give him the very highest recommendation. He is very meticulous and really knows what he is doing. You can't go wrong with him!!

The install left visible supports in the bedroom wall despite the tv being mounted in the living room. Wires and power cord that should have been run in the wall were not and are visible.

"Jim, why being dishonest about your job? Your wall is a thick Gypsum wall with no opening on the inside to mount the TV and run the cables through the wall. My installer discussed these issues with you, you agreed to proceed, he went out of his way, ran to the hardware store, and procured extra-long toggle bolts to help you and ensure your TV was mounted to satisfy your wishes. All job was done and you acknowledged it, only for you to come out after 2 months to make such an outrageous comment? We appreciate honest feedback but this one is an unfortunate comment. Wish you well all the same."

It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end with Obi at Jelnic. He was meticulous in the installation of our new OLED TV and did the little things, from ensuring drywall dust was cleaned as he went, to adjusting the TV multiple times to get it perfectly level. I would highly recommend Jelnic and plan to use them for another room in the near future. It was absolutely well worth the money.

Obi was very punctual. He attempted to use existing mount and proposed some options to work-arounds, but in the end, he had to use a mount that he brought with him. He did an excelent job and gave me basic instructions on using the new remote, the TV, and the mount. I will definitely use him again for a similar project.

Obi was phenomenal! He was so prompt in not only responding to my inquiry but in finding time to get the work done (within 24 hours!). He was professional, more than reasonably priced, and had provided quality work. He seemed to have a solution for any hiccup that he could have encountered.
