they installed a new air conditioner in my home and addressed several other small projects my wife wanted at a great price and they were clean ,on time and friendly.

At time of service I paid for a service contract for 1 year. It's been about two months and I still haven't received a copy of the contract. I called and emailed them, but to no avail.

Not only the problem was fixed, the technician was very honest and provided enough info on how to avoid the problem in the future. Their prices are very reasonable as well and I did not have to break the bank by calling one of those big shot companies. Very satisfied indeed!

Overall, Greg and his team did a good job with the installation. He kept me updated with his progress, and his bid came in at a REASONABLE price. My only negative would be that I have not received my warranty documents for my heat pump system (both inside and outside unit), as promised by Mr. Williams. In addition, he promised that he would mail me pictures of both of the units he installed. As of July 12, 2007, I have not received my warranty documents as promised, and Mr. Williams has not returned any of my phone calls regarding when I should receive the documents.

Courteous, efficient. Identified problem and offered solutions and worked with me to solve the problem.

The technician arrived 3 hours late for our scheduled appointment, but the price and quality of the repair seems to be fine.

Had a good experience with this company, would recommend them foe service.

Among everyone I have hired over the past 4 years to service my heating/cooling system, these guys seemed to be the most conscientious. They seemed knowledgeable (which is sort of expected!), and also very meticulous (which is rare!) and definitely not in a hurry (even rarer!!). Thanks Jemini Quick!

very good price for the work done

The initial part of the job took two month (instead of one-two weeks). Finaly, the owner hired new plumber, who knows what he is doing. Working with this company was a very bad exerience. I would not recomend them to anybody.

Good quality work for a reasonable price. Will call again.

I'm very pleased w/ my new boiler,although they need to still come by and remove the old pipes and trash.

The timeliness of this company was awful they were never on time, once the first day when they gave me an estimate. No follow up calls for no shows. they left behind all of these large pipes in my yard when I called to ask them to have someone to come and remove the pipes the lady there was very rude she acted like I was getting on her nervous I did call alot because of tardiness prior to this. On top of everything else they dropped a pipe and burst my ceiling up and now I have to wait until Monday after Christmas to have the ceiling repaired. Don't think I will every use them again.

Had my air ducts cleaned and they did more than just vacuum which a lot of places do...they actually cleaned the registers in a sink with cleanser and water! I really appreciated that. They were prompt, thorough and fast.

They were prompt, informed me of exactly what the issues were, how they were going to rectify them and what I could do in future for proper maintenance. Definitely a company I'd use again in the future for any other heating. cooling, electrical or plumbing needs.

Greg was very accomodating. I had heard that the temperature was going to drop & knew that even though my furnace was lit there was no warm air being circulated throughout my house. I was able to get service the next morning even though I was a first time customer. Greg came to my home at 7:30 am before he went into the company because it was on his way! I was most impressed by his punctuality & knowledge & ended up receiving a very reasoinable estimate on replacing my central heat, A/c unit which is very outdated. I will have the work done soon. I am also planning on getting the maintenance agreement package so he can continue to service my unit. Thanks so much Greg & Doreen.

I am very very disappointed in this product. I was promised a Fedders, Rheem or Gibson Heating/AC units. The company installed a Nordyne with no nameplate, no sticker for service. The fan is extremely noisy, there is air excaping all around the furnace and joints on the air shaft in the basement, and the materials used are extremely cheap. Tin foil plates and tin foil tape seem to be connecting the original shaft to the new furnace which is smaller than the original. I have called Jeminy Quick repeatedly over the last few weeks since the installation and have left 6 or 7 messages with the secretary, but have gotten no response from the owner, Greg Williams. I am extremely dissatisfied with the product, and am embarrassed to leave it without explanation in my house which is now up for sale. I must have some label on the furnace and a service sticker to let the new owners know what kiind of furnace it is. Mr. Williams reneged on his contract since he promised to install a brand name furnace on his bid. I would like to know what my options are in having him remove these generic models (Heat and AC) and replace them with one of the brands promised. I will be out of the country until November 14 at which time I hope to get your recommendation. Suzanne Yuskiw

From initial estimate to completion of the job. I was impressed with the service I recieved. Mr. Williams was straight forward and honest and gave me what I needed and did not try to sell me the most expensive system available. I would and will recommend his company to my family and friends.

Competitive pricing; couterous service. Tried to sell us some additional repairs that weren't quite practical. Would consider using them again.
