Their painting service was subcontracted to a person that while he was courteous and somewhat diligent took on more than he was capable of doing. They didn't prime a bathroom that had nicotine stains even though we discussed this during the bid process. Ended up taking 6 coats of high quality Porter paint to evently cover the bleed through. Rolled the walls before cutting in when just changing from one shade of white to another and ended up "chasing their tails" cutting in spots they missed. On the last day they finally started to paint the front door (red) without the proper length of time for the primer to cover before they started putting down the red. Didn't work from a plan and ended up painting the laundry room gray and an office/bedroom white.

I accidentally called this company but it's the best accident that's happened to me. I haven't yet had the work done, but the speedy and professional response is amazing. In the process of apologizing for the mix up, I found that they do the work I need. We spoke in detail for several minutes and I already feel much less anxious about hiring someone I'm not familiar with. I will update my review when the work is completed but so far I'm highly impressed!!

I can’t say enough good things about the customer service and quality of Jenco. We had to take care of a list of repairs as a result of our inspection while selling our home from another state. We were nervous about our tight timeline given the unreliability of other contractors we had worked with in the past. From the first time I spoke with Jennifer my anxieties were immediately put at ease. She provided a very reasonable and accurate quote and timeline and assured me everything would be taken care of. Butcher called while they were making repairs to keep me up to date on their progress. They went above and beyond our expectations, sending photos AND videos of each repair as it was completed. I am blown away by the professionalism and level of customer service they provided. We just recieved our invoice and it is the exact amount provided in the estimate. Tech was prompt and friendly. Work was professionally done.

I had him replace back french doors to a nice back front door with glass. He also gave us a second floor in vaulted front room it's beautiful with hard wood floors. I'm getting 5 new windows in a couple of weeks. They are being made special high quality with lifetime warrenty.
