Be more careful about getting a fair price for their service

Ricky was my tech, he was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend using Jenco Plumbing, the price was extremely reasonable. I'm glad I finally found a plumbing company that I am happy with and don't feel like I was ripped off.

Worse company I ever dealt with....I would never want to see Rick, Wayne, or the lady in the office again.

Very professional, responded to the call within an hour. Send Chris out to fix a leak in the copper water tube. Very quick to fix and done in an hour. Price could be a bit less ($215) for what it was, but nevertheless fixed the problem without delay and good quality material.

I was pleased with the installation, however I was told they would be at my house between 8 and 830. At 900 I called to find out where the plumber was, and was told they were running behind and they would get someone out to the house as soon as they could. The plumber arrived about 940.

Wayne was prompt in answering my request. He showed up for a free estimate exactly on time and explained the job and options. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

Jenco Contacted me promptly and booked an appt for Thursday,however, a plumber became available on Tuesday afternoon and they called me and sent him to my house. He completed the job, was courteous, knowledgable and left the job clean and with a reasonable price. The office staff were EXCELLENT!!!! They will get return business from me!

Excellent service at an excellent price! We even had 2 extra plumbing connections replaced while he was there.

The people were nice. My issue was for 20 mins worth of work it cost me $95. I understand plumber cost might be high but did not expect this. Since I waited so long I went ahead and got the work done. I wish I could have gotten an estimate but waould be worried that I would be charged for the service call. A few ratings indicated issue with the price but that is life.

Jenco's plumber was prompt and courteous. He did a good job and charged a reasonable price.

I understand there are overhead costs, labor, etc. I just thought it would cost less and would have been more satisfied with ~$90 than $125.

Wayne arrived on time and quickly assessed the work needed. He gave me a price that was 25% below and 55% below the 2 offers I had. The plumber arrived on time, was professional and completed work an hour faster than estimated. I would refer this company to all friends and family. This is how business should be done.
