Jenkins Home Repairs

I would NEVER recommend Jenkins Home Repair to anyone for any job. Hired him to remodel my bathroom and shower. He did not strengthen the shower walls with 2x4 studs before using wonderboard drywall and the walls bowed when the tiles were applied. Shower head did not align with the drain. Did not seal the shower wonderboard joints and corners with drywall tape and mud. Wall tiles were cut unevenly and applied with large gaps in shower wall corners. 5 days after tiling the shower wall tiles were falling off the walls and the thinset was still wet. Thinset was splattered all over the shower pan. He dropped drywall screws in the shower pan and walked on them causing damage. On 7th day I fired Isaiah Jenkins of Jenkins Home Repairs and requested a partial refund. He threatened me with a lien and court. Advised him I wanted court to expose him with pictures and video of his work and he agreed to a $2000.00 refund. All work done had to be gutted.

Mr. Jenkins is very professional, He put me a new fence for our yard. He did an excellent job. He did it in One day. It was very cold that day. put he kept doing his job until it was done. Happy Customer.

Mr. Jenkins came to my door introduce himself. He is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Has time to listen to what the trouble you are having and what needs to be accomplished. He solve my problem after a lot of time spent in the attic. Great job and without him I would still have the problem. Yes I would hire him again.

Isaiah was very easy to work with. His workmanship is excellent. He did carpentry , painting, roofing, flooring. He was professional, prompt and responsive. I will definitely hire him again.

Mr Jenkins did a fabuslous job in replacing ceramic tile in my shower. it was not a large job but he gave it his quick attention and replaced everything in good order. He noticed my doorbell was not working and repaired it as well while there for the tile job. It is good to find someone who that takes pride in doing a great job and in helping his clients with not just what he was hired to do. He will be hired for many more projects around my mother's home in the near future.

Has replaced my wood laminate flooring twice in 2 projects and is an excellent painter also. Tiled my kitchen counters. Multiple small jobs.

I couldn't be happier with Isaiah and the quality of workmanship. He and Richard repaired my hurricane damaged 8 foot tall privacy fence quickly and professionally. Isaiah was the most reasonably priced of four estimates I received. I would enthusiastically recommend him for your next project. I will be using Isaiah for my handyman projects in the future. Isaiah is a man of great character and a professional of the highest quality! I'm glad to have met him!

Mr.Jenkins replaced the screens on a screen porch.He and his partner arrived at the agreed upon time with all necessary materials/tools.Both gentlemen were very friendly and personable. The job was completed in a timely manner and the results were excellent.Upon completion they did a clean up of the entire work area,taking the trash and remnants with them for disposal. I would recommend Mr.Jenkins without hesitation and plan to utilize his services for future projects.

Mr. Jenkins was prompt and courteous. He gave us an oral estimate of the repair project. He was available the next day to replace 12 rotting wood fence posts, which was done very well. He also enlarged for us, a single gate opening to accommodate a double gate. He removed all the old stuff and cleaned up the areas nicely. We highly recommend!

Prompt and professional! Mr. Jenkins and his partner replaced fencing that was old and had fallen down. The price was fair, and he even did some extra work at no charge. I highly recommend Jenkins Home Repair, and I will use them again!

Mr. Jenkins did a tile repair in my bathroom shower and it looks great. He cleaned up the shower after he completed the job also.

Excellent work and service by Mr. Jenkins and his partner, very professional and was on time. The job took 2 days took down parts of old fence and replace with new fence and replace gate....I highly recommend Jenkins Home Repairs...Also they were very neat and left my yard really clean from boards.

Mr. Jenkins was a pleasure to meet and work with. He kept us informed, provided a time line and offered suggestions on how to keep costs down. We had kitchen backsplash installed, electrical work, pulls & knobs onto cabinets and replaced a powder room pedastel sink with a vanity. We also had some heavy wall art hung in the Lanai.

Mr. Jenkins' work was superb. He and his team pressure-washed the house, performed carpentry repairs on the exterior of the house and several fence gates, and re-leveled the end of a lakefront dock. He was thorough, professional, courteous, and on time. High quality work and reasonable rates. I wish that I had discovered his services years ago! It was a pleasure to work with him.

The crew were very hard working, courteous, and PROFESSIONAL. They installed 2 windows, and remodeled the dormer, including insulation, wrap and siding. They are great friendly and always on time. We will hire them in the future. Mr. Jenkins is great.

Mr. Jenkins replaced 2 exterior door frames, which access the garage. His work was first rate: thorough and exactly what I needed to have done. I anticipate I'll be using him in the future for some interior repair work as well. He is a career military veteran, 20+ years in the Army - very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Easy to do business with. Mr Jenkins provided alternatives to keep the cost down on T1 11 siding repair. He was able to fit my project in while he was working another job because of the timeline limit for my VA mortgage refinance on these repairs. Workmanship was excellent. I will be hiring him again for other projects around my home. thanks for a great job!
