Matt and his crew were extremely professional and personable and made us feel very comfortable with our floor remodel. Great prices and great service.

We hired Jenkins to install carpet and padding, but the padding that he installed was not what we had purchased. He brought 6 lb padding instead of the 8 lb that we purchased. He also asked for payment prior to even starting the install on the day of the job. We did end up paying prior to the completion of the work against our better judgement as he said he had "4 kids and mouths to feed". He told us up front that he does all the work himself, however he left as soon as his 2 employees started the install. They seemed inexperienced and even damaged the woodwork/baseboards while knee kicking in carpet, they said they don't stretch in carpet even though these are large rooms.The carpet was only partially installed as we saw it had stains when they started the install, so we asked them to stop. He went straight to our credit union where he is not a member to cash the check so that we could not stop payment. Now he will not return any correspondence, and it has been many months. We are writing this review so that someone else does not get taken advantage of. We would not recommend using Jenkins.

I am so very pleased with my back splash. He did an exceptional job. Fair price, on time and even cleaned up as they went. I would definitely hire him again if another project presents itself.
