The project at this point is incomplete due to the issues with the quality of the work performed. The owner is responsive and professional; however, the individual completing the work is not. His work has not been completed on a professional level which has caused a 1 day project to require three return request to fix issues with the decking.

They were prompt and very easy to work with. They truly valued me as a customer and spent a lot of time explaining and revising (and revising) my estimate until I was totally happy with it. Wayne, the project manager, came to my house twice with a revised contract and to see what how the work was progressing. The day before they were finished, the owner Jeff came with Wayne. He said he wanted to meet me in person and check up on the work .They did a GREAT job. I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone. You don't get service like this everyday. The work is beautiful. I couldn't be happier with it or the price. Use them!

Very professional, came out the day they said they would come out, did everything they said they would take care of, only missed a few tiny spots on the pressure washing. Not sure about the pricing since I was anxious to get the project taken care of and didn't get any other estimates.

Professional and efficient. Quick to provide estimate and follow up refining the perameters of the job. Crew was timely, friendly, professional, efficient, flexible and knowledgable relative to all the gutter work that was required. In minutes after walking the project they were "in the air" installing downspouts and making the needed repairs. They exercised care in working around the landscaping and left the site clean and free of debris. I would not hesitate to recommend Jenkins and this crew and would use them without reservations in the future.

"After 28 years of being in business she was the first person that I have ever done extra work for and not get paid (replaced two garage door casings, rebuilt entire left side of two story fireplace, brick molding and window sills all over the home. I had to take my loses with this lady and move on. I have had triple A credit with everyone else."

They replaced old siding on a chimney with hardy plank. Even though they made a small mistake, they corrected immediately and effectively. They are very kind and attentive to detail and make you feel like they won't rest until you are totally satisfied.

Job was on time & at cost, project clean up was very good, all went as said. One thing I call them back for a problem related to the first problem was told that someone would come out,after three calls & months later today I have not seen any one from that company addressing the repairs for follow-up.

Wow! I had them do a very big and difficult job and it turned out fantastic. They put all new cedar shakes on the house and it looks great. Wayne and Jeff were very responsive and helpful. The team was skilled, detail-oriented and fast. They took care of the couple little changes that needed to be modified quickly and professionally. It was definitely a great experience working with them and I would hire them again.
