He replaced quite a bit of the woodpecker-damaged sidings at some very hard to reach spots. The estimate he gave was very specific with computer drawings of options. He came to my house at least 4 times to take measurements and photo, before he gave me the estimate. During the project, he was able to make additional repairs which miraculously fixed a mystery leak that other contractors failed to repair. His Invoice was also very detailed, precise, and honest with accurate hours logged and reciepts for the materials purchased. From start to finish, he did not give me any typical contractors' BS. Very satisfied with his professionalism.

We did not run into any major problems, all was smooth beginning to end. He was a Contractor I was confident to refer, all was calm, we had limited chaos and this I very much appreciated.
