came here must have either been new and not properly trained or else they were in a hurry to get out of here because the house literally showed no evidence of them being there except for the blanket that they left in a wad on the couch. We took pictures of all of the dog hair that was in globs on the hardwood floors and on the carpet where it was obvious that they did not vacuum. In their defense, Jen did offer to come back and "hit the few spots that they missed", but honestly their opinion of clean and ours have to be worlds apart so we declined the offer.
