Very honest company. Discussed (in length) with office manager what I needed and expectations for the future of my heating and AC services for my household. We worked out a plan and I had work done on my AC and furnace units, since I moved into a new home. Niels did a great job, checking, cleaning and repairing any items needed to get my units to top shape. Was very happy to sign a yearly maintenance agreement to keep my units working 100% throughout the year. Highly recommend this company.

We had them come out to take care of a problem in June, it is now Oct and the same problem again. They came Wed, the guy said something needed sauntering, so my husband assumed he went to his truck to get what he needed, looked out and he was gone! Called his office, they claimed they did not know what was going on so they would try to find out and call us back.The lady finally called back said that she could not get in touch with the guy and that someone would be here 9:00 or 9:30 the next morning.well at 10 minutes to 10 I called the office a guy answered claimed he had talked to my husband and told him he would be here at 11:00.......You know enough is enough, I called him a liar and told him not to come to my house, that we will get someone else to take care of our problem. Do not even waste your time with these people!

When using this service or any other service make sure you get something in writing about the service that was supposed to be fix and the problem-reoccurred so you wouldn't be charged again for the same problem which wasn't fixed from the start. Disappointed. Good business is hard to find. At least they could had offered to come back out and check to see what they claimed to have fixed to see if it is the same problem. I wasn't satisfied with the rep,I spoke with. I had freon installed which they claimed the leak was found. Four months later the freon leaked out . The problem wasn't fixed completely because it leaked out in four months time. They wanted to charge me more big bucks to come back out . NO WAY"!......WARNiNG" !Use at your own risk".

"I am sorry you were dissatisfied. I did offer to send a technician out and told you that if the problem was our original repair we would warranty it and your freon would be no charge. However when we come out to do a repair, we cannot predict future problems with a mechanical unit. So many factors can cause failure including normal wear and tear, electrical storms and neglect. Jensen Mechanical makes every effort to satisfy our customers when possible within industry guidelines."

I felt like they took their time and knew what they were doing. We had them out for a routine cleaning/maintenance call, and they installed a new thermostat (we had purchased the thermostat at Home Depot) at no additional charge. I also appreciated that he called to say he was running 15-20 minutes late, well before his scheduled arrival time. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

At first I was annoyed that their arrival time was seriously delayed from the estimate I had been given, when the techs showed up they were courteous, efficient and honest. It would have been easy for them to take advantage - how many of us know anything about hvac? - but it was a simple and relatively inexpensive fix.

Melissa and her husband were awesome. Not only did they save me hundreds of dollars from my first quote but they found the leak in no time which was great because they charge by the hour. When the job was finish and it was time to pay up I realized there was a slight problem with the credit line I had planned to use and that Jensen Mechanical was not a partner with this credit line. They worked with me on the spot to work out payment which was delayed by 1 week. If you like being treated with respect and enjoy working with people with integrity, I highly recommend Jensen Mechanical.
