Mr. Jensen came to the house the very next day after I called about water running down the walls. He did a fantastic job, solved the problem, including installing a new toilet. He said he would return for the final step, and I asked if he could also address a few other problems. We set a date for his return. That morning something came up that required my attendance. I left a voicemail for Mr. Jensen as soon as I found out, but did not hear back. I waited 1 ½ hours for him, then needed to go. He arrived just as I was leaving, but said rescheduling was great because he had another pressing job. He came in, took photos of the problem faucets, said he would contact me to reschedule, and we both left. I never heard from him again, even after leaving two voicemails and three written communications over the last two months.

I hired Josh to inspect my sewer line in February. He found a small crack and gave me a quote to repair in the spring after the ground had thawed. The quote took several days to get to my email inbox, which should have been the first red flag. I called Josh at the beginning of May to schedule the repair. He was away from his computer but told me he would call back later in the day to schedule the work. It was an expensive repair, so I assumed he would be eager to do the work. Josh never returned my call that day and has ignored my calls and voicemails that over the last 3 weeks. I have not heard from him since that original phone call. Either he is no longer operating as a plumber, I did something to scare him off, or he does not prioritize customer service. I am very disappointed with how this has unfolded and will steer friends and family away from Josh in the future.

Josh arrived early, checked out the problem and fixed it quickly and professionally. Very friendly service, and Josh told us if there were any questions to be sure and give him a call. We’ll definitely use Jensen’s Plumbing for future needs!

I was prepared to have my basement floor dug up to find the clogged pipe and replace it. One estimate I got to do that work was $2,700.00. Then Josh came and looked at the problem and said he thought he could get the clog out without digging up the cement floor. HE DID!! For a little over $500.00 I was able to solve my problem. Josh is extremely personable, polite and hard working. I would recommend him to anyone I liked (the others can suffer).

Josh was great! Our sump pump wasn't functioning correctly but hadn't completely stopped working either. He fit us into his schedule that same day. He was able to give us some ideas about what the issue might be - things we may be able to fix on our own. He didn't try to sell us on an unnecessary solution. Sure enough, with Josh's tips, my husband was able to remedy the issue. Josh was incredibly personable, helpful, and showed great integrity. Would recommend him hands-down!

Josh is a young professional who takes his responsibilities very seriously. He likes what he does and people who hire Jensen plumbing will be given a level of service many of us thought no longer existed.
