Jensen is awesome. They returned my inquiry quickly and repaired the problem the next day. Iâ m most impressed that they replaced one water heater and got the second to light. I was prepared to have two full replacements. They take care of the customer.

Came and helped with a clogged drain after we had tried everything we knew to do! Very thankful he came after hours. He was very professional and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it.

The job was minor, but he was able to resolve the issue. There was a clog in the fixture which supressed the water pressure. He worked through the parts of the fixture until he found the obstruction. Water pressure is now great.

Todd and his crew came in, on time, and worked until the project was complete, which is what he promised. They were not the cheapest, but they were the best: in quality, customer service, time, and worked with my schedule and around a rather chaotic household. There were some problems that arose as he uncovered old plumbing, but took the time to walk me through it, showing me what they had to do, and that it would increase the estimate. His candor, as well as his willingness to answer my questions, along with his professionalism and expertise was top notch. I would recommend over and over!

Todd is easy to work with he was on time, stayed late & went above and beyond to get the plumbing job completed. He even calls to remind me on the yearly maintenance and to make sure the warranty info gets submitted.

Lance came early as I requested and informed me of an estimated cost before going ahead with the work. He was pleasant and professional. He was finished within about 45 minutes and called back the next day to check to see if my hot water heater was still working correctly, which it was. I would definitely refer him to others.

I received a call almost immediately and he came to my home within 30-45 minutes. His price was more than 50% cheaper than others that I have spoken to so I hired him to do the job!! He completed the task in about 20 minutes!! Also he was very nice and prepared!! Would definitely use his services again if I am in need of a plumber! Excellent job!

Vance Elliott, owner and retired police officer, has become my go-too professional plumber. He is courteous, effective and reliable. I was pleased by his reasonable rates. He fixed several broken and leaking fixtures in our house and discovered a few problems (36-year old faucets), which he explained clearly and outlined the solutions. He made two trips to finish installing new parts and was uniformly pleasant to work with and efficient. I'm very pleased and will call Mr. Elliott for our future projects.

Vance from BL Elliott Plumbing was very fast returning calls, and got out to the site quickly as well. His estimate was very fair, and the job came in at the price he quoted. He also took the time to evaluate the rest of the plumbing so that I could plan for future needs. Will definitely use BL Elliott Plumbing again.
