I had an issue with my water heater pilot light not starting after city utility workers replaced our gas line to the house. I talked with no less than seven plumbers to come out and look at the issue. Because our water heater was fifteen years old, they could not simply replace the pilot assembly. I talked with all these plumbers, and after many discussions, I decided to replace the water heater. Cole came in at the lowest price, and he was able to complete the job quickly, and I was up and running with hot water three hours after he arrived. His price was by far the lowest, even more than half the price of most of the bids. I would recommend him everyday.

He gave us info about replacing water heater when we called him. He notified us before he came for the job. He quoted us an amount and did not add any additional costs. Was very neat doing the job. Gave us confidence in his work and doing the job. Very appreciative of the order and he worked alone for this one. When inspector came after the work was done there wasn't any problems with his work. I would refer him to anyone for plumbing work. His price was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received.

Very impressed with everyone. Had garbage disposal removed completely from kitchen sink. Was a small leak after they left, & they came back the same day (within an hour) & fixed it. Also had a furnace thermostat replaced. Asked if they knew of anyone who could build me a crawl space cover. They said they could. And finally, had a toilet installed. Prices for all of the above were very reasonable. Would I use them again, you bet. Have even recommended them to a neighbor.

Yes Cole stayed in touch for each of his steps, informed status, efforts and progress. He was prompt, following through and putting in the extra effort with his assistant and checking progress and work. He took extra time to explain some of the preliminary and side work done by his recommended initial tear out, testing, drying and treating American Water Damage evironmental company (though some issues occured with them). Overall, felt he did good work.
