Jeremy, the owner, did all the work. His assistant, Melanie, did all the communication. I was 5 star impressed with both. Jeremy will give you an honest review of your HVAC system and Melanie will keep you updated of the appointment. I signed up for an annual maintenance because of the above.

The a/c in my vacation rental went out. His scheduler, Melanie recognized the urgency and arranged a same day appointment. Jeremy diagnosed the problem, retrieved the part and had it back up that day. My guests got to sleep in comfort that night.

He was friendly, and FAST he was in an out in like 5min with our AC up and running again! The estimated time slot was 4-6 he got here at 7:24pm but we scheduled that morning as an emergency so where lucky he could get to us! He was nice and updated me on time repeatedly. We have kept his cards with our handyman’s and plumbers information to keep for future reference!

Jeremy and his team with Jentl Breeze did a great job of installing my new A/C unit on 6/4/20. It is never fun having to get a new A/C unit to replace a worn out one, but with Texas summers, it is fact of life. Jeremy was very responsive and answered all my questions to make the project go smoothly. Now my new Trane unit is cooling the house. Thanks, Jeremy for a great job! I am very happy.

Jeremy was prompt and professional in responding. Once he arrived in Covid safe gear, he patiently went over all options honestly with me and resolved my immediate need, as well quoted me on a future replacement. I am very happy and would recommend the services of this company for anyone in future.

We went through three different companies to see what our on going problem was for the past 2 years and we were disappointed each time! Jeremy came in, told us exactly(and very clearly) what our problem was and what needed to be done. We moved forward and now our AC is working like a dream! Highly recommend!
