Jeremiah Gross Plumbing

Jeremiah was absolutely wonderful! I had a serious issue late at night. I found Jeremiah via service magic, put in my request, and literally minutes later received a call from Jeremiah. It was a Friday night around midnight. I explained what was going on and he knew exactly what the problem was and told me that he would be there first thing the next morning which was a Saturday. Not only did he show up on time, but also completed the work that day! I was very impressed and very happy with the great work he did for such a low price. I would certainly recommend him to family and friends.

Very informative, knowledgable and friendly.

He did a good job on plumbing problem right in wright out

Jeremiah did a great job and he has great prices!

Called me the day I put in my service majic request.. Kept appointment as promised and did an excellent job of helping us rid the foul septic odor we had throughout the house. Answered all our questions and gave us tips and advice on septic systems. Very friendly and cleans up work area when finished. I have him in my cell phone for future reference. Thanks Jeremiah.

It's hard to find a good, responsive plumber these days. Glad Jeremiah was my first call because he took care of the problem and kept me informed.

I would definitely hire him again for future plumbing needs.

Outstanding service, Got a call back 5 min. after my request. Very freindly and knowledgable. Will definately use his service again.

Really great customer service!

Excellent, excellent service. The rate was very reasonable, and Mr. Gross really seems to care about his customer's needs. I would highly recommend Jeremiah Gross Plumbing, more than any plumber I've used in the past 20 years. Very professional and polite.

The Guys were very polite and efficient and fast I will definitely use them for any future problems that may arise.

Very courteous, appeared to be knowledgable about situation. Paid exactly what he told me it would cost.

I filled out a request for a quote on sunday morning and Jeremiah called me within 5 minutes of the submission. I explained my situatuion to him about my septic tank and that Rooter had done some work for me a few months ago. he explained to me exactly what he thought my issue was then he told me how to fix it myself and explained why i might not need to have the tank pumped yet. He basiclly walked me thru how to fix my issue. I followed the instruction he provided me and I was able to resolve the problem on my own. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY! I will never use any other plumber but him from now on. this is man if you need plumbing work done!

Professional, very nice. Explained every step of process. Trustworthy.

He showed up in a reasonably amount of time, was willing to come out at night, worked efficiently and quickly to get our problem solved. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all, even coming after hrs., we were charged a minimal fee.

Jeremiah has been a godsend to us. He is quick to respond when emergencies arise. A man of integrity, he is upfront with what the costs are and lets you know if anything comes up before proceeding.

The first plumber, Arthur, that responded to my call promised to call me back that day and come out but I never heard from him. I can't remember the name of his company. Sorry

Very pleasant, and professional. Did an excellent job.

Jeremiah Gross Plumbing came to our home, during an emergency, on a Sunday and were excellent. They could have taken advantage and didn't. They were very resonable. We will call them again when necessary.

I submitted the request & Jeremiah called back before I could get from the computer to my phone! He came over that evening & fixed the drain & reported some other problem areas that would need attention at some point. If/when I ever have a problem again, I will definitely call him. He will come anytime, day or night. I would highly recommend his services.
