Absolutely fantastic to work with. I scheduled an appointment through home advisor-the earliest available on the website- to check out a leak in our A/C unit, and the service technician called to offer to come out a day earlier if it worked for us. Great work and explanation, and he really tried to educate us on some things we needed to know about maintaining our A/C. He also educated us on how to do some of the minor repairs ourselves so he wouldn't have to charge us for it. Will definitely hire for our bi-annual HVAC tune-up.

our ac went out the night befor the 98 degree heat . I clalled first thing in morring and they said they could fit me in . They were great to work with and had my ac up and running at a very fair price WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN !!

I was very impressed with Carl. He was the first one to call the next morning. AC had stopped blowing cold the night before and he was prompt to show up first thing and fix the problem without trying to sell us anything else. He found another minor wiring issue an took care of that. Very reasonable pricing as well. Just a good, down to earth fella. Would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Carl.

He also recommended simple maintenance to keep my unit running efficiently. I will definitely be reaching out to him for preventive maintenance.

It is actually a heat pump maintenance issue, but those options are not offered in the drop down menus. The owner was very plain-spoken, did not try to hard sell anything to my Wife, even showed her how we can maintain the unit ourselves unless something should go wrong with it. It was a GIANT difference from another company who tried to actually rip us off in more ways than there is room to type here. We are going to have him come out again to inspect the unit every few months to be sure that it is still okay just for our own peace of mind, and in the meantime will follow his simple instruction to keep it clean on our own so that our home will stay cool or warm depending on the time of year. He is reasonable with his fees and timely in making his appointments. This is more than one can ask these days it would seem from most companies, so we recommend this man highly.
