Jeremiah's Above Ground Pool Installations

Jeremiah and his crew installed the pool in a day and a half... He did exactly what he said he would do and even traveled far to come and install my pool. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. I'm thrilled with the whole process, from start to finish.

Getting such a huge, water filled object perfectly level is incredibly hard. Common sense from over 25 years construction, I wanted someone with proper tools& experience, the tricks of the trade...they did not disappoint!!! Jeremiah replaced discolored bolts, sold me the parts I needed to complete this and make it look nice at a good discount, and per inspector and me, looks absolutely great! They knew exactly what they were doing & leveled this big 15x30 perfectly! Returned within short order and fixed a small drip( it could not be checked initially because the pool was not nearly deep enough to turn the system on) I am totally impressed! The reviews are right!

Jeremiah was on time which is extremely important to me. He had the shortest wait time to get it installed. He got the job done quickly and also gave me good advice on how to get rid of excess dirt! Would recommend.

Did an awesome job!!! Was quick, professional and reasonable priced. Very satisfied.

Jeremiah was very responsible, professional and friendly! He was very knowledgeable in his job and completed his job in a very timely and effecint way! I would highly recommend him and to expect a high quality job! Thankyou Jeremiah for a great job! Tami Z

They showed up on time.....worked diligently and requested i let them know if any issues arise so they can fix them.

Did a great job. Got my pool done in 1 day. Looks great!

Thought price was a little high. Not bad.other than that I would of given 5 stars straight across. Except they didnâ t have any bikini girls to model the pool when set up.

Jerimiah did fantastic job on our recessed pool. He answered all our questions, returned all our calls. He showed up when he said he would. Very personable, polite and professional. I would highly recommend him.

My husband and I hired Jeremiahs Above Ground Installations for two reasons: 1) They were on Angies List/Home Advisor, 2) They are literally the ONLY above ground pool installation specialist anywhere in the area...anywhere even near. To move on, we thought his price was fair. We liked that he specialized in installation of above ground pools. We trusted that he is on Home Advisor. Both my husband and I know how to assemble above ground pools as well as get the ground level for them in the Florida sandy ground we have here. I personally have studied and studied many above ground pool installation videos and articles. I also worked for a pool company. We simply didnt have the man power nor the equipment to get the job done properly. So, we looked to hire a professional. After having this pool up since March 2019, this year, We keep noticing minor as well as major issues with his work. Some I saw while he was still here and asked about. He said he would go back around the pool and correct these things before finishing the job. This is a big issue to me, as it was a cement block placed underneath one of the bottom seats near the back of my yard that was completely leaning backwards and in-level. Not only did he not do what he said and correct it before finishing, it is now cracked in half and still leaning crooked in the dirt. Instead of digging the blocks into the dirt to level, he built the ground up, which caused uneven sinking of the pool. If I hadnt purchased the base pad for the pool, the block would have cut the liner. The ground is completely uneven, full of pitted areas, and full of wrinkles, which he blamed on the ground Padang the sand. There are items for this pool called wall rim spacers , all but one were put in backwards. We noticed that he had cut the liner hole for the skimmer too soon before letting enough water fill, which caused the liner to sag, which can also cause tears and or leakage around the skimmer which WILL cause rust. Luckily (sarcasm) we have a butterfly gasket for our skimmer to protect against such a thing. But, NO. Such a gasket is designed to cover over both the pool wall and the liner...but you can see our liner sticking out on the inside wall of the pool inside the skimmer. Rust is starting to escape from behind the skimmer. I have taken pictures and will figure out how to place them in this review. Also, the skimmer had pieces that had been put together backwards. We also discovered that the skimmer was put in UPSIDE DOWN. There is an arrow and the word UP in plain view for the installer to see. But the arrow faces down. He also tightened the screws too tightly and cracked the skimmer in several places. If you are a professional, how do you not know how to do this in the first place? You cant blame it on your helper, as you should be teaching as well as inspecting ALL work before leaving the property. We saw that the skimmer door was snapped in backwards, and simply popped it out and turned it around. But then we noticed all of the other issues with the skimmer. I had previously said that he stands by his work, and says he will come out and fix ANYTHING that needs fixing at any time. However, the things that were done wrong were blatant and shouldnt have happened in the first place. These things were common sense issues, and certainly should have been known by and/or caught by a so-called pro. I contacted Jeremiah about the uneven ground and the leaning block, and he made excuses. He did offer to fix these issues, but he made excuses for all of them. Nothing seems to be his fault. In addition, when my husband and I discovered the rust and the upside down skimmer with the incorrectly installed butterfly gasket, we talked about calling him back to rectify the situation. We both decided against it, as we do not want him to come out and do anything else wrong or possibly break anything else. $800 down the drain. Beware.

very enjoyable to see the work being done so well and answered all my questions while being installed. i would highly recommend Jeremiah's business. great work!

I called Jeremiah on a Sunday not expecting to reach anyone until a weekday, not only did Jeremiah call me back immediately he came to my home that very Sunday and installed my liner He is very knowledgeable and professional also very reasonable in pricing.

Jeremiah is awesome. He is an excellent communicator. During the liner reinstallstion, it was discovered some parts of my pool were rusted. The closest store with the needed parts were in another county. I just had a baby last month so Jeremiah offered to drive out of county to get the parts so we could finish the project same day. We are thrilled with the outcome. Highly recommend!

They were on time and very professional and easy to deal with. Workmanship was great!

Outstanding work very professional and efficient. Would give 10 stars if I could.

He is very professional and does a great job!

Great guy, very pesistant about getting you a pool installed, great pricing and pro work..I reccomend jeriamiah for your pool needs

Jeremiah was awesome showed up on time, finished on time, very professional and very knowledgeable I highly recommended him.

Jeremiah was extremely prompt and diligent in follow up, made helpful suggestions I had not thought, sourced the pool for me so all I had to do was give a credit card to the pool distributor, and got the work done fast and on time. He did a great job working with my tenant who lives at the house where the pool was installed. Explained everything I need and the tenant needed to know. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thanks Jeremiah.

Jeremiah did a really great job installing our pool. He is knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy! To me, communication is key, and he gets an A+ in that category!! He is professional, and a nice guy! His crew were respectful and worked hard. I would highly recommend him.

Jeremiah called me back in a timely manner. He came out and assessed the situation. Following his recommendations I ordered necessary items. This was an 18 foot round above ground pool that needed replacement liner. He set an installation date very quickly upon arrival of the liner. Unfortunately, a few additional items needed to be replaced. When I was unable to find these items while he was still here, Jeremiah was able to recommend a few places for me to check. Still no luck so he took the items with him to see if he could find them in his area. You went the extra mile to find the items on a website and sent me the link so I was able to order this. I gave him the ETA and when the items arrived today I sent him a text.. he replied within moments. Within a few hours he called to ask if I would be home so he could come out and complete the job. He showed up at the appointed time and completed the job. We are very pleased with the way he accommodated us. He knew we would be out of town for a few days and he wanted to make sure the pool is up and running so there would be no issues while we were gone. I find this to be a fine example of good customer service. Thank you Jeremiah for a job well done.

I hired Jeremiah's Above Ground Pool Installations to redo my incorrectly installed Doughboy 15 x 30 pool. He told me not to get the j- hook liner but to get a 15 x 30 overlay liner which I did. After the installation the liner was not in correctly, the ladder was in backwards and the brace was pushed in because he set it up against a stump. He refuses to come out and fix the issues and he said that if he comes out for anything it will cost me more money. I paid him $1,575.

Jeremiah and his crew did a wonderful job They were very courteous and professional I would highly recommend him

Jeremiah is a very easy going guy, just a pleasure to work with. He kept my in loop on what was going to happen. He gave me a break down, and a super accurate fair quote. He even moved a tree for me that was in the way at no cost. He is very efficient and non confrontational.
