Showed up on time for estimate. By the end of the day I received the total cost, which we believe to be reasonable. They were able to make an appointment and get this work done in a timely manner. Workers, Kevin and Jared showed up on time. Both men were friendly yet knowledgeable which set me at ease. They explained the procedure and what they were going to do. They completely steam cleaned both my foyer and kitchen. Then replaced a 12x24 broken tile. Half of my grout in the foyer and kitchen was completely crumbled. They removed and replaced it seamlessly into the grout that was still sound. They stained all the grout and and sealed it so that all grout was uniform in color. They did a beautiful job. My floor looks brand new again.

The entire Grout Medic team was exceptional, from the quoting/estimate process through project completion. Kevin and Caleb worked non-stop with cleaning and updating my grout/tile in a master bath and kitchen. Highly recommend.

Kevin and Jarrod removed old grout then replaced and color sealed the grout in both my kitchen and foyer. They even replace a broken tile, perfectly. Looks amazing, just like new. I am thrilled. They were on time and friendly, plus did it in less than a day.

I looked for years for someone to repair a tile bathroom job that had been poorly done, including regrouting significant areas. Grout Medic did the job and demonstrated complete professionalism all the way. It wasn’t cheap but they delivered. Showed up promptly, did what they were contracted to do (and a little more!), and Jeremy was a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to work with Jeremy in the future.
