Bathroom - Remodel
Can't go wrong with Jerezee Construction. Master bathroom was a total remodel and Jerezee did it in the time frame promised. Workers were extremely professional, showed up when scheduled and did outstanding work. Communication was exceptional...nightly text from them, letting us know who was coming the next morning, what was going to be worked on and at what time to expect them to arrive. A lot of days they were parked outside our house because they were early.. Project was completed on time and we love the bathroom.
Response from Jerezee Construction, Inc.
"Bill & Maxine, thank you so much for working with Jerezee and for taking the time to share your experience! We are thrilled to take the stress out of your renovations and transform your bathroom. Happy to provide you with quality help and communication thru the whole process. We hope that you are enjoying your beautiful new bathroom and we look forward to working with you more in the future! Thank you!"

We recently hired Jerezee Construction to remodel our two bathrooms, and we are very happy with the results. Throughout the project, their communication was very good, and they did a great job resolving any challenges as they arose. A special shoutout goes to the framing and tile team, who did an absolutely excellent job with the installation. I would recommend Jerzee Construction for your next home project!

I couldn't be happier with the bathroom remodel Jerezee Construction just completed. From the initial design to the final finishing touches, their team was professional, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. The daily communication with the Jerezee team was far and above that of any other contractor I have ever worked with. From the very beginning they really listened to my vision and brought it to life with incredible craftsmanship. The results are stunning! If you're looking for a reliable contractor that delivers top-notch quality, I highly recommend Jerezee Construction.

Bathroom - Remodel
I recently had my master bathroom remodeled by Jerezee Construction, and the entire experience was exceptional. From the bidding process and project planning to shopping and construction, everything was extremely well organized and professional. Shon Ifergan, our project manager, was outstanding. He was detailed, thorough, and always timely in his communications. He consistently kept us informed about the progress of the project, including who would be arriving each day and at what time. The subcontractors were polite, professional, and respectful of our home. They kept the work area clean throughout the project and always left the space neat and ready for the next day's crew. Jerezee's pricing was fair and competitive compared to the other bids we received. The quality of workmanship, communication, and overall service exceeded our expectations. If you're considering a home remodeling project, Jerezee Construction is the team to choose. I highly recommend them.
Response from Jerezee Construction, Inc.
"David, thank you so much for highly recommending us! We were delighted to work with you on your bathroom. We love to hear that our project managers have taken great care of you and will let Shon know that he and his team made a lasting impression. We hope to work with you again the future, thank you!"

Bathroom - Remodel
When we purchased our house, we said we would remodel soon. We received many recommendations and met with several contractors, but we never felt comfortable with anyone until we talked to Jerezee Construction. Co-owner/Project Manager Ilan is an expert who strives for perfection. We probably watched too many HGTV episodes where the TV host are helpful, and we wanted that feeling. The other contractors we met with basically said ?here are a few ideas - so go out and get what you like and we will build it.? Jerezee was very different. They came to our house, created several options, assigned a design consultant, assigned one project manager, site manager and kept us informed in a group chats where updates were daily. We highly recommend Jerezee!
Response from Jerezee Construction, Inc.
"Andrew, Thank you so much for your high recommendation. We are so happy to hear that we could give your home that spotlight feeling and that now you can love your complete home! What you described about wanting to do a project and being told to go build it , is something we are used to hearing. Our team was happy to guide you through your layouts, selections and design and strive to do this for all of our customers. Enjoy your home and thank you again from all of us here at Jerezee!"

Kitchen - Remodel
Jerezee Construction just completed a total kitchen renovation for us. This included replacing a two-level island with a larger counter-height island with waterfall sides, replacing all cabinetry and adding more on the island, painting the kitchen/dining room area, and replacing tile flooring with laminate hardwood flooring. Minimal electrical/plumbing work was needed for the island. This was accomplished in 5 weeks.. The project manager did a great job communicating upcoming work daily, and was available for questions. A design specialist helped us bring our vision to light when shopping for the cabinetry, flooring, quartz counters, backsplash tile, fixtures and handles. Her recommendations were priceless. All of the workers proved themselves to be very skilled, while being respectful of us living in the house. We highly recommend Jerezee Construction for home renovations.
Response from Jerezee Construction, Inc.
"Hans, thank you so much for your thoughtful review and recommendation! We?re thrilled that you?re enjoying your newly renovated kitchen and that the entire process was a positive experience. We?ll be sure to share your kind words with Yaneer and the rest of the team. It means a lot to hear that our communication, coordination, and craftsmanship helped bring your vision to life. Thank you for trusting Jerezee Construction with your home, we truly appreciate it and look forward to being here for any future projects!"

Shower Installation and Replacement
The company rep. Was familiar with my house model and community rules even before he arrived to look at my job. I wanted the soaker tub and shower converted to a wheelchair accessible shower. Contract specs were spelled out in detail. Payment schedule was detailed. Designer was easy to work with to select tiles and fixtures. Specialized crews arrived ontime, kept a neat worksite, and were friendly to accomplish their assigned task. Job managers came periodically to watch progress and ask for my input on placement of items. My adjacent rooms were adequately protected from construction mess.
Job took 3 weeks. I'm very happy with the results

They truly care about the project and quickly resolved the few small issues that occurred. Once a project is started, there continuous work ? no breaks or ?disappearing acts?. Their communication is fantastic, with quick responses. They are very honest, explaining pros and cons and possible issues in advance. I am happy to highly recommend Jerzee for your home project needs.

Major Home Repair (General Contractor)
Amazing! We’d heard so many horror stories about having home renovations but Jerezee and our project manager Shon made none of the horror stories come true. We had our kitchen, primary bath, powder room remodeled and had the kitchen, family room dining room, living room, stairway, landing and all of the remodeled rooms painted. We also had new light fixtures throughout the house. Shon was able to pivot with all the new work orders we threw at him and he still had the project finished on time. Candice helped us pick out everything we needed and really helped us pick tile, counters tops, etc that worked well together and made our home seem much more than refurbished but hugely upgraded. I would recommend Jerezee to anyone and already have to a number of friends.

We had a great experience dealing with Jerezee Construction.
We had an initial consultation with Ilan and his team, we’re very impressed by them( and their portfolio), and hired them to do a complete demolition and remodel of our master bathroom.
Lacey was very knowledgeable and patient with me as we began the process of choosing cabinets, flooring, tiles, fixtures, plumbing, and hardware!
David was our project manager and checked in daily to check the progress and give us updates on what would be happening each day. All of the cabinet installers, electricians, plumbers, painters/drywallers did excellent jobs. Special shout out to Frazer, who did all of the tile work,( there was a lot of it!), he did a beautiful job.
Ilan and his brother have a great company, and my husband and myself are thrillled with our beautiful new bathroom!
Thank you to Jerezee Construction!
