Jerezee Construction just completed a total kitchen renovation for us. This included replacing a two-level island with a larger counter-height island with waterfall sides, replacing all cabinetry and adding more on the island, painting the kitchen/dining room area, and replacing tile flooring with laminate hardwood flooring. Minimal electrical/plumbing work was needed for the island. This was accomplished in 5 weeks.. The project manager did a great job communicating upcoming work daily, and was available for questions. A design specialist helped us bring our vision to light when shopping for the cabinetry, flooring, quartz counters, backsplash tile, fixtures and handles. Her recommendations were priceless. All of the workers proved themselves to be very skilled, while being respectful of us living in the house. We highly recommend Jerezee Construction for home renovations.

We were very impressed with Jerezee Construction's work ethic and attention to detail. The use of a binder with specs for each contractor to access and follow allowed for smooth and efficient transition s. Any concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Communication was excellent. All of the contractors were professional in demeanor and work effort. From start to finish we were very pleased with our bathroom remodel.

The company rep. Was familiar with my house model and community rules even before he arrived to look at my job. I wanted the soaker tub and shower converted to a wheelchair accessible shower. Contract specs were spelled out in detail. Payment schedule was detailed. Designer was easy to work with to select tiles and fixtures. Specialized crews arrived ontime, kept a neat worksite, and were friendly to accomplish their assigned task. Job managers came periodically to watch progress and ask for my input on placement of items. My adjacent rooms were adequately protected from construction mess. Job took 3 weeks. I'm very happy with the results

Amazing! We’d heard so many horror stories about having home renovations but Jerezee and our project manager Shon made none of the horror stories come true. We had our kitchen, primary bath, powder room remodeled and had the kitchen, family room dining room, living room, stairway, landing and all of the remodeled rooms painted. We also had new light fixtures throughout the house. Shon was able to pivot with all the new work orders we threw at him and he still had the project finished on time. Candice helped us pick out everything we needed and really helped us pick tile, counters tops, etc that worked well together and made our home seem much more than refurbished but hugely upgraded. I would recommend Jerezee to anyone and already have to a number of friends.

We had a great experience dealing with Jerezee Construction. We had an initial consultation with Ilan and his team, we’re very impressed by them( and their portfolio), and hired them to do a complete demolition and remodel of our master bathroom. Lacey was very knowledgeable and patient with me as we began the process of choosing cabinets, flooring, tiles, fixtures, plumbing,and hardware! David was our project manager and checked in daily to check the progress and give us updates on what would be happening each day. All of the cabinet installers,electricians, plumbers, painters/drywallers did excellent jobs. Special shout out to Frazer, who did all of the tile work,( there was a lot of it!), he did a beautiful job.
