Everyone in the company are very professional and kind. Patrick tje owner and his poject manager were great! No hidden fees and it was a big messy job. My favorite worler was Aurto. He was dedicated hard working and cared about the work. Juan was amazing on the equipment. I got bids from others bit tjey also do construction they were 5 to 10 thousand more. It was nice to have a company that does mostly demolotion tjey are aware of all the laws, permit regulations etc

Jerico provided a prompt and detailed description of the work to be done removing a swimming pool in a small space with power lines across the middle of the job site. They quoted a competitive price. The crew and equipment arrived on time and completed the job in the promised time. They did more than was necessary . The crew was experienced, competent and solved problems quickly. Every one from Jerico was friendly and helpful. I would use their services again.

I am so glad I contracted with Jericho Wrecking to demo two walls. It was the easiest process Ive ever had with a contractor. Erik was very quick to respond to my request and took the time to answer all my questions. I requested the work and a couple days later they were out doing the job! When Patrick and Erik arrived they were very polite and quick to get started They explained what they would be doing. They were careful but quick and efficient. Once the job was done they cleaned up and vacuumed. The best customer service! I would definitely hire them again. Thanks Jericho Wrecking!

The two-man crew were very professional and quick. The total removal of our aged patio cover to about 90 minutes plus clean up . They made sure that the post brackets were ground down flush with the concrete.

I cannot say enough good things about Erik Jarvi and his crew at Jericho Wrecking! When one of our rental homes accidentally burnt down this summer I was left with dealing with insurance on the demolition of the house after the abatement process, not only did Erik and his team provide the best price they went above and beyond by filling out and submitting the permit paperwork to the city on my family's behalf. Erik kept me updated through the entire process, coordinated with the other company providing the temporary fence to have it removed and wouldn't take payment until we had someone from the family go look at the lot after he had completed the work. If you are ever in a situation where you need this type of service call Jericho Wrecking I promise it will make your life that much easier.

Hired Jericho to cut down an existing, narrow (39â ) wall to make it a pony wall. We live in an older home and during the cutdown found a major electric cable right down the middle of the wall. We decided to remove the wall entirely and Jericho was super responsive and arranged the moving of the electrical wiring and an outlet, etc. It is obvious they care about their customer and want to do a good job. We would hire them again.
