While many people may have had positive experiences with him, it has been horrible for us. He told us that everything was in for our bathroom remodel. Not true. He never ordered the tub surround. He told me he would order it on Wednesday, he did not. He told my husband he would order it on Friday and provide an invoice. Again, he did not do it. We wanted the surround ordered from FW Webb. However, he was going to order it from some mysterious place that could get it here faster than FW Webb. His plumber told us to order the bathtub and fixtures from Blodgett. We then found out that the plumbers son works there. His plumber does not return calls. Jermaine told us he would start the project in November. He never did nor give us an update that he was running late. We emailed him and left multiple calls with no response. I also left messages with other people, and we still never got a response back. After waiting 2 weeks, he finally returned our call. Jermaine told us that if we were unhappy with him, we could go somewhere else. He does not care if he gets the job or not. Not thankful when you hire him. He is currently in court for Home Improvement Fraud. We are tired of his games and are asking for our deposit back.

Signature Tradesmen, does a great job. We will request them again.

Bad experience, told me 4 times was starting, never did, never called to say was not coming. Gave deposit of $6500. Told him lost confidence in him and wanted $6200 back, $300 for his time. Paid me $1000 and no more. No work was ever done but this survey did not give me the option to state.

The bathroom is still being installed but this company has wonderful employees. They go out of there way to explain what they are doing each day to my elderly parents and are very professional. There work is terrific and would highly recommend them!!

The work was amazing, weâ ve asked for Signature Tradesman to return and put on our deck. Best contractor you could have !

Jermaine guaranteed his work for a year, and he stood behind his work. There was a leak that he came back and fixed about 6 months later at no charge, and he did great job with the repair.

Jermaine is a very dedicated and talented carpenter and dedicated to his work and his family. He is very conscientious about his responsibilities in his work, and his role as a project performance.
