Jerome was very professional and helpful. He was on time and completed the appliance install efficiently. While there he also fixed another item, that I thought was going to need replacement. His pricing is reasonable, work is professional and service top notch. Highly recommend!

Replied within just a couple hours of my email. Was honest, professional, and reasonably priced. The plumber would have charged me more than triple. Jerome also replaced a light fixture that had fallen from the ceiling. (Took less than ten minutes to do it.) I will be contacting Jerome wth more projects come Spring.

Jerome was very prompt in returning my initial phone call and committing to a time he thought he could be at my house. Once Jerome arrived he analyzed the situation and thoroughly examined the entire area my leaking pipe was located. Right away he explained to me how he planned to repair the leak and way he had to do the repair the way he did it. He began to work on the repair and never stopped until he was finished. He even had to go to the hardware store to get the exact parts that he needed for the job. The repair bill was worth every dollar he charged for the work he did. The initial reply to my concern was nearly immediate. We arranged for a visit within hours. He came, looked over the situation, showed me what he felt was the problem, proposed a fix, had the correct tools with him, repaired, and completed in short order. I especially appreciated his straightforward, honest approach, his open discussion of what he thought could be done to fix. We agreed. He repaired, and we were done. The no-nonsense approach I liked. We discussed a couple other items, and he helped with understanding of easiest, most cost effective approach to tackling them. For sure I would use him again. He is very knowledgable, ordered the exact doors I wanted, and installed them as soon as they were in. He stays on top of things, communicated to me exactly how long it would take for the doors to arrive, and worked with me on a suitable installation date. I would definitely hire him again and most likely will do so to do the other two doors on my duplex. He also does all kinds of other repairs do, and gets the work done quickly.

Jerome did an excellent job replacing exterior doors on an older home. The previous door had not been installed correctly/poor fit. Jerome ordered everything and was right on time for the install. Everything worked out great!

I called HomeAdvisor, "WOW! What and Awesome Day i had", i needed a counter top stove installed, this person, Jeremy, came over and gave me a figure and went right to work. Then i asked him if he would fix the vent and he got the right parts i needed and installed the parts correctly! He also MODIFIED the parts so they would work better! And he also fixed my toilet!! Jeremy got to work and i ended up with a WONDERFUL JOB and then he fixed the back door too!! I also got a brand new lock on it!! So i could let my dogs out again! The bolts were broke and he fixed the door right and i could open it and close it! I had never met such a unique person, hes a knowledgeable and his personality goes a long way!!

We had several small projects that we needed to have done. 1) install a new ceiling fan in our guest room-it was a replacement for the one that was already in place, 2)We had two areas in the ceiling of the kitchen and dining area where there was some water damage and the plaster was cracked and breaking off which required patching, 3) We needed the old caulk to be removed from our standing shower stall and the double sinks in the main bathroom; then to have new caulk applied, 4) We requested to have an electrical outlet placed on the outside of our home for use in the front of the house. Jerome came to our home and looked over what we had requested to have done. He gave us an estimate of the time and cost of the projects. He made note to himself the materials he would need for the jobs. He returned the following day bright and early and began working immediately moving from one project to the next. His workmanship was great and the jobs were completed on time. It appeared to my husband and I that Jerome takes care to do the job right, has excellent work ethic and his prices reflect the quality of his work. He made certain that things were cleaned up after his work was done. We will definitely call Jerome again as we have more projects in mind. We will highly recommend him to others.
