Pre-Fabricated Fireplace Unit (Gas) Repair
Jarred was horrible with communication. He came out to the house and inspected the gas fireplace. He determined that I needed new parts. I paid him $125 for his visit with the expectation and his commitment that he would only charge another $50 for his next visit since he lived about 50 miles away and charge for the parts. I have texted him over the last couple of months to check on the status. He kept putting me off saying he was waiting on an answer from the store he orders from and now just recently let me know he has no idea how long it will take to get the parts in. I asked him if he has even ordered the parts and he stopped texting me back. I have now written this up as a loss and intend to find someone else to do the job.
