No more than five minutes after I booked an appointment on HomeAdvisor I received a call from Jerry, who informed me that he could be here a day earlier than the appointment. He was about thirty minutes later than the time we agreed upon, but he gave me a call eight minutes after the time we agreed upon to tell me he was running behind. When he arrived, he and his wife got right to work and fixed the issue quickly. Afterwards, he gave me some pointers on how to improve my system and prevent further issues. They were polite and courteous the entire time. I highly recommend Jerry!

I spoke with Jerry on the phone and he told me that he would come to my home in 1 hr, he was here in about 45 min. He was very professional and polite and I would recommend him to anyone that needs a good plumber.

Jerry was efficient and knowledgable about the project. He came in, looked at the old faucet, new faucet and got right to work. He had everything with him necessary to complete the job. He was very careful with my sink and cabinets, picked up after himself and even took the old faucet with him to put in the trash. I spoke with Jerry on Monday and he was at our house the next day. He found and repaired a leak in the kitchen, replaced the kitchen faucet, snaked and unclogged the spare bathroom shower drain, replaced the toilet guts, (and tightened the toilet's seal without having to ask him). He did all of this in a reasonable amount of time and for a very reasonable price. If we had any questions along the way, he had no problem explaining what he was doing. He and his wife were both very courteous. He even took time to discuss another project that we will be hiring him for in the near future! I am the type of person who does a lot of research before I hire someone. I can honestly say that I have not seen a negative review on Jerry or his company!

Jerry Ball did removal of badly done plumbing (was already in the house we bought) for an upstairs bathroom and re-ran it right. Good work, did it right and did it quickly. We already plan to have him back for other plumbing projects.

I found Jerry to be very helpful, went out of his way to coordinate with the tenants, and worked very hard to get everything taken care of. I am the property owner, I live out of state and Jerry sent me pictures of the completed job, really appreciated that, he also sent me pictures of the problem beforehand so I could see what we were dealing with.

Jerry called and made an appointment to come do the work. He called 30 minutes beforehand to verify our appointment. He arrived on time, very professional and friendly. He did top quality work, cleaned up,and was fair and honest on his hourly rate. I would definitely suggest this company. I hopefully will not need a plumber anytime soon, but if I do I will be using Mr General!
