I was stuck in Rehab after breaking my leg. I was told I couldn't go home unless I had a ramp or railing. When Jerry contacted me regarding another project I asked him if he did railings and not only did he do it he did it quick with quality material & labor I am now home because of his empathy regarding my situation. My only negative would be that the company does not accept credit cards or online payments yet.

Jerry on short notice, rewired our house 4000 Sq Ft. We were doing a rebuild.

Real good. Enjoyed watching his professionalism.

Word can't express how great a job this company did for me. They arrived on the job and started the repair promptly. After the problem was found with the unit they told me what was wrong and how much it would cost to get his repaired. They had to order the part and said it would be here the next day and they were here to install the part the next day and the unit was up and running again. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY and RUN! We hired this inexperienced individual to build a deck and a pump shed. He requested half of the payment upfront, a draw payment, and final payment (all in the contract). He delivered all materials to our residence prior to starting either project. He worked 7 hours (two 3.5 hour days) over the course of two weeks then requested the final amount (not even a draw payment, he wanted the whole amount before the job was even finished) be paid. We told him he had not done enough work for even a draw payment. After another 3-4 hours of work, he stated he would not do any more work until a draw payment of $2,000 be paid (mind you, the contract did not specify a draw payment amount). Although hesitant, we gave him the amount requested. He came back, after receiving payment, built the stairs to the deck but used cinder blocks to hold them up. He then loaded up all of the remaining materials from our property (while we were not there) and left only never to return. We contacted him and told him he needed to come back to fix the screw-ups on the deck and to build the pump shed. He told us he took the material back because he did not want it sitting outside in the weather (mind you, it has been sunny every day since he left and the material had been sitting outdoors for 2.5 weeks already). After several attempts to reach him by phone and text message, he called me at 1:21 am on a Saturday morning. I have two children under 5 and we were all sleeping. I tried to call and text him during daylight hours to no avail. I explained in a text message that if he wanted to discuss this matter, he could call during daylight hours. But, he refuses to reach out to us to discuss these issues. Issues with the deck include loose screws, uneven boards, and all the 2x2s that were nailed upside down. And, as mentioned previously, the stairs are held up by cinder blocks. He also cut gaps in the 4x4s then **jimmied** pieces in the holes hoping we would not notice. And, he never secured the right rail so when I push it, it wiggles (completely unsafe for someone with children). I have 59 pictures to prove the horrendous job that he has done. I do not even believe his job would pass an inspection. He also referred to me as the wife. He was so disrespectful he could not even call me by my name He also told me that I made the mistake of cashing the insurance check from the hurricane damage and that the insurance company saw a young female take advantage of (basically calling me young and dumb). He went to Lowes to purchase material and, without our permission, gave them my husbands telephone number in order to get a military discount (this individual was never in the military). Again, DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN.
